“Casa Del Mar Stay”

It is a very nice and convenient place to stay on the seawall. The full kitchen made it a definite PLUS!

“Very Impressed.”

I was very pleased with our room. It was clean, efficient, and very comfortable. The view was great. The room was cleaned and replenished every day. The queen size sofa bed was very comfortable, and the full length mirror in the bedroom was appreciated. Will highly recommend this hotel.

“Good to Go”

Hotel is right on Seawall and is convenient to almost everything. Learn to drive around the block to go north from hotel. Only real shortcomings are entry level towels in room, and only four bath towels for four person room. A towel upgrade would really add some class. Don't expect huge rooms - this is a beach vacation!!

“Great Hotel for family vacation”

Friendly staff, the pool was great, beach just accross the street and the room was great for the family with the private room and the bunk beds were great for the kids. The kitches was great we felt right at home!! Everything was just around the corner good restaurants, wal-mart, banks. Great hotel for family vacations

“Great for a family with young children”

The hotel was just what we were looking for. It is located right across from the beach, so you have several options for enjoying a day on the beach. The room has a kitchenette with a small bar for eating, a small living area with a fold-out bed, and built-in bunk beds for the kids. The only draw back to the location of the hotel is that it is on the corner of 61st Street and Seawall Blvd, so sometimes it can be difficult to maneuver out onto Seawall Blvd.

“Very nice hotel”

We loved Casa del Mar. It was right on the Seawall and every single room has an ocean view. You literally walk across the street and you're on the beach. The room was very clean and large enough to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. Everytime we go to Galveston we stay at Casa del Mar.

This is our 2nd time going to this hotel and I absolutely loved it once again...The rooms have everything you need, the price is awesome, the facility is very clean...people are very courteous, it is a perfect spot for a couple or a family...absolutely loved the stay...we are going to go back in September

“Excellent Value for Price”

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa del Mar very much. The rooms are big and clean, the kitchen are is very convenient and the views are excellent. My only complaint is that the pool, which is supposed to be heated, was not, perhaps it was off for the season.
