“Great Hotel Good Price”

I always stay in the same room, on the top floor..close to the front of the hotel. When I open my balcony door, there is an awesome view of the ocean. Beds are comfortable.(picky about that) Rooms are clean. The staff is always VERY accommodating. Hotel is very quiet also, especially on the top floor. Something that always impresses me is, the housekeeping staff is very quiet for us late sleepers in the morning. I've stayed in hotels where housekeeping is really loud! Plenty of parking, great location. Internet works great in the room! Will continue to only stay here when I visit Galveston!

“Newer, clean hotel”

The hotel was clean and in good shape. The room was a good size with a large, clean bathroom, comfortable beds, and a small refrigerator and microwave. The balcony was an added bonus -- small but had enough room for 2 chairs and a nice view of the beach just across the street. Our only complaint is that the indoor, "heated" pool was freezing cold. My two young kids swam despite the cold water. Luckily, I stayed in the hot tub while they swam and they went between the freezing cold pool and brief dips in the hot tub. The breakfast room was clean and well-stocked. There were cereals, milk, juice, toast, waffles, eggs and a few other things. The food was pretty typical of hotel breakfasts -- not bad in any way, but nothing special. Overall, this hotel worked out well for my family of four.

“Left a lasting impression on my 9 year old son!!!”

My husband & I took four of our children to Galveston on vacation. We all loved our hotel! It was within walking distance to the beach, you could see the beach & ocean from our balcony, the rooms were very clean & comfortable! We actually went to San Antonio after Galveston & was booked in a different hotel, my 9 year old kept asking if we could stay in the same hotel we stayed in when we were in Galveston. I was very impressed the the hotel made that big of an impression on my son!!! :)

“Nice hotel”

Pool wasn't heated which usually isn't a big deal for us as a family. The hot tub was nice and warm :)

“Great place to stay”

Close to the beach..Only thing I could complain about would be the carpet needed cleaning. Otherwise we had a great stay here and the staff even took us to and from the cruise terminal. Friendly staff ready to answer questios and help with your needs. We will stay here again.

“Country Inn and Suites”

The room was comfortable and quiet. I had reserved two rooms and when I arrived found that they were on 2 different floors which was not going to be convenient. The girl at the front desk had this resolved quickly with two rooms side by side on the first floor.
