“Great hotel and super location!”

This is a brand new hotel so every thing was in very good condition. Limited staff so it is self serve for parking, luggage etc. Great food choices nearby and many within walking distance. Had evening walks along the sea wall which is just across the street.. A very realaxing and comfortable place to stay. I will recommend it to everyone with no hesitation.

“Great Stay!”

Our room was ready for check in right at 3. They accommodated our request for a room nearby the people we were traveling with. The room was large and clean. The location is excellent with great beach access right across the seawall. We will use this hotel on our next trip to Galveston.

loved it!! it was so clean and comfortable. my husband and i had our two small kids with us and we didnt feel like the staff was put out with us and that is very important when choosing a hotel. we will bring our family there again.

“Spotless new hotel, but still...”

The hotel was brand new--it opened just a few months before our visit--and had all the Sheraton comforts. Still, there are a few things visitors should be aware of: no balcony or windows that open (maybe that's par for hurricane territory, but we saw plenty of places with balconies), no refrigerator, and no microwave. Worst of all was the very weak coffee provided in a large Thermos container in the lobby, and the fact that the Thermos tended to disappear around 9 AM. Providing good coffee seems like a must for any decent hotel. Beyond these things, the facility and the staff were way above par. Even the exercise room was wonderful. The beachfront location was great, and we love Galveston (just pray the hurricanes spare it). There are lots of great restaurants and BBQ, and lots to do!

“Do you like sleeping on clouds? I found out I did here!”

This bed seriously felt like a cloud. I have never fell to sleep so quickly in my life. I stayed here one night for a wedding and it definitely did it's job in that sense. The room was fairly big but I can see where it might be a squeeze if an entire family was sharing the room. The bathrooms look nice but the sink and bathtub both had trouble draining. I could see the ocean from my room also so that was nice :) I would stay here again.

“Clean Hotel!”

This hotel is located right on the seawall. It is in good condition and all the staff seemed to know what was up. I'd definitely stay here again.
