Guests must check in at AB Sea Sales & Rentals, Le Moore Plaza, 2001 61st Street, Suite E, Galveston, TX 77551. The office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM. Guests who plan to arrive after 4 PM are required to contact the hotel prior to 3:30 PM on their arrival date to receive late arrival instructions. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation email.

Please note: All holiday and special event reservations cancelled by noon 2 weeks prior to arrival date are charged a $73 fee with no modifications allowed. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the arrival date are charged 100% of the reservation. Special events and holidays include the Lone Star Rally (dates in October and November); Memorial Day Weekend (Thursday-Monday); July 4th; and Labor Day Weekend (Thursday-Sunday).

“A must stay”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Condo was clean, friendly staff and guest. Nice heated hot tubs, private access to beach. This is my choice whenever I stay in Galveston

“Need a new mattress in bedroom!”

The room was very nice and clean. My only complaint was the mattress in the bedroom. It was horrible, and I had restless nights. Other than the mattress, the room was excellent. The condo and grounds was very well kept and attractive. I would recommend this condo to others, but would suggest they bring egg crates to sleep on.

“Casa Del Mar :(”

Very small rooms, have no idea how you fit more than 3ppl in a room. Hotel would not let me borrow a vaccum or clean my room, something about I would have to contact the owner whoever that is. Overall needs to be updated and better service.

“A B Sea Rentals is nothing but a filthy hassle.”

First of all A B Sea Rentals are misleading when they say you have "private access" to the beach. All of the pictures are misleading and truly a person does not know where they are staying; which condo they are renting. We thought "oh boy, we have finally arrived, only to be told we had to turn around and back track almost all the way to the main highway leading off of Galveston Island just to get our room number and keys". The person at the front desk of our particular condo was very nice and congenial to us personally, but had no affiliation with A B Sea. She also complained of the issues that most of the customers had that came to her through A B Sea. A B Sea Rentals does not answer their phones and the messages they have for you to leave a message are so rude that you don't even want to leave a message. Personally, I don't know how they work through Expedia. They should be banned.
