“BEST VALUE IN GALVESTON”

We are frequent travelers to Galveston and have stayed in many hotels, both East Beach, West Beach and on/near The Strand. This is our second stay in this fairly new facility, which is on the Seawall. All the mini-suites face the Gulf of Mexico. They have a refrigerator and microwave, comfortable sofa, two very comfortable queen-size beds and a desk. The flat-screen TV is also excellent. The free breakfast was average, but we've had a lot worse and, hey, it was free. We usually do hotels when we're down for two-three-day trips and rent a condo or house when we're coming for a full week. We like this hotel so much we're probably going to spend a week there this summer.

Went down for spring break and mardi gras. Hotel was nice, quiet, and comfortable. Had a suite and it was a very good size.

“New, Clean, Quiet and Comfortable”

The hotel still has that "new" feel and as such made the stay very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pillow top mattress was extremely comfortable and the flat screen television was a nice touch. The only quibbles that I have are minor ones: 1) the refrigerator never reached a very cool temperature just moderately cool and 2) the fitness center only has three pieces of fitness equipment (recumbent bike, elliptical machine and tread mill... no resistance equipment) so you may want to get up early if you wish to secure a piece of equipment for a morning workout. The location is on the western part of the Seawall and away from the busier areas of Galveston which made for a very quiet stay, but not so far as to making trips to the beach, sites or restaurants inconvenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.
