Inn at The Waterpark

The rooms are clean and quite I would stay here again

Family wanted to go to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens. We've been before and just overlooked IATWP. Now we KNOW where we want to stay next time.

Overall pleased. We stayed in older portion of hotel. Next stay we will request newly built portion.

super close to waterpark, nice room, stayed 2 nights. putt putt golf included and they had a decent pool there. you could walk to the waterpark and moody gardens from our room. i would say overall good experience

This room was perfect for its intended purpose. In my traveling, a room is only for sleeping peacefully and showering comfortably in a clean place. This room was great for that. It was affordable and clean and cold (I like hotel rooms to have great A/C and good insulation). There was a small amount of noise through the thin walls but it was nothing that disturbed the sleep of me or my wife and our two very young children. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and the free putt-putt was neat. It is right next door to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens (both are fun family attractions) and just a short 10 minute drive from the seawall action and restaurants. I will stay here every time I visit Galveston from now on.

Had a great stay. The beds were pretty hard, however the room was clean. The staff was excellent, everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make sure things were great and welcoming us upon check in and thank us greatly for staying every time we saw the front desk staff and was great at check out. The pool and pool area was always clean and well kept. The miniature golf course was great and well taken care of.

The check-in clerk was very welcoming. My son enjoyed the pool and miniature golf. The room was a nice size with a refrigerator and the breakfast had many choices. The beds were wrapped in plastic which was noisy. They were also pretty soft. It was okay but not great.

Adrian at Reception was exceptionally helpful while I was trying to recover the luggage that American Airlines lost for me one day prior to a six week cruise. Everything else OK; however the hotel is a little far from downtown without a car. Breakfast was excellent.

The toilet was broken and the water was off when we arrived. We fixed it ourselves. Also the "hotel" is really a "motel" and moderate quality but the price was high. ALSO THIS IS THE 2ND REVIEW I HAVE PROVIDED FOR THIS PROPERTY. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST ONE???
