“Staff was very Courteous!”

The family that was running the hotel was extremely nice and down to Earth! I was so impressed with their hospitality! The way we were treated was awesome and I would defiantly recommend this hotel to someone else!

This hotel is reasonable, staff very helpful and very,very clean

“Worn but not worn out”

Owners try hard, but don't have a lot to work with. Hotel is aging, and pretty large, so upkeep must be a considerable chore. Things were generally in good shape, with minor cosmetic exceptions. Bedroom was quite large, with a king size bed. It was a platform bed, and definately on the firm side. Hotel is not near enough the ocean to be able to see it (even from our top floor room) or walk to it. Hotel is within walking distance to the ferry (in fact, is right next to the ferry). Offering for breakfast amounted to coffee and not much more. This hotel worked for us, but our needs were minimal. If you want to be able to walk to the beach, you'll have to look elsewhere, and probably pay more.
