Pros: I enjoyed the staff, my room, breakfast and how clean everything was!
Location: Your within a short drive to most anything you want to do!
I was very happy with everything. I will stay again!

Location: Near the main strip, we also enjoyed the Railroad Museum and shopping.
A pleasant nite in the room, location was great and a great view from our balcony.

Front desk was friendly. Room was nice. Good set up, lighting and temperature control. One thing that stuck out as strange was there was no lid on the toilet which is where I typically put my clothes when showering. I was afraid something was going to get knocked in. Pool was small but there wasn't a lot of traffic there so it worked for my two kiddos. The exercise room only has 2 treadmills but not many people so to exercise when they are planning a trip to the beach. There could have been a little more channel selection. I was trying to find something for the kids and there was limited selection because you could buy a package which was a bit bothersome. Breakfast speared looked decent but we didn't eat there so I can't speak to quality.

great hotel.Fresh and clean..great away from crowds but very close to everything.Staff was friendly and ready to help with anything.morning breakfast was so yummy, coffee ready and the waffle Texas Sign was a hit, I loved it. I have told everyone about this hotel and I would stay here again.

Inexpensive for suite in Galveston. Pretty good breakfast and nice lobby. Only complaint is the indoor pool is very small and hot tub was not hot or have nice jets.

As title, the pool is not managed by hotel staff, it is very noisy. And thermometer switch does not work.

We do apologize for any inconveniences you may have encountered. We do try to make each guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. Our pool is indoors and maintained on a daily basis. It is also located near the front desk so that we can monitor all activities.

Nice, clean. Breakfast, just so so. Booked through Expedia for rate of $99.00 per night. Hotel charging a pending to my account of $140.00. I don't understand why they would do that when it was agreed before hand at $99.00. Per night. Called Hotel and was told it would be adjusted. Waiting to see... I booked two rooms at the rate of $99.00 per night. If the shoe were on the other foot I don't think they (Springhill Suites) would like waiting for their money. Not good business practice... charge should reflect advertised price as guaranteed through expedia...???

Thank you for staying with us. Your concern is one I have heard before. Unfortunately guests will arrive at our hotel sometimes without the knowledge of our incidetials hold. In a nut shell it is an additional hold that is put on the card and is released by your bank usualy in 3 to 4 business days. Another option that we offer to our guests is a $100.00 cash deposite that is returned to you at the time of check out once the room is inspected and cleared by a supervisor. I hope that this info will be helpful to you in the future. Again thank you for staying with us.

Location: The location was close to Bricktown which was convenient for our purposes.
The hotel was clean and the rooms very comfortable.
