Very nice stay. Rooms were clean, staff helpful, breakfast very good. Only issue were the showers, didn't get very hot, pressure was terrible and very stiff to turn on.

Great location. Very convenient when visiting the Latin Quarter. Overall good experience. Little quirks, such as broken tv and our two family rooms being on different floors, knocked a star off for me.

Hotel was really lovely. It’s a beautiful property and is really confidently located in town. The wifi at the hotel was very weak in the room. The additional breakfast for 13 euros was very good. Continental breakfast and then they can make eggs/sausage/ oatmeal fresh. Would recommend to anyone for a weekend get away in Galway

People were nice. Room was good but small. Clean rooms and overall property. I did find it weird they wanted you to pay for everything up front. There wasn't a room charge option. For example, calling down at night to reserve for breakfast the next morning, they wanted you to come down and pay then, not the next morning at breakfast. Wifi was very spotty. Dropped constantly from my room. Also, one day was a wash because of weather. It was a very boring day killing time. Should have a Netflix option on the TV.

Great hotel James on reception very friendly and polite. Check in hassle free. Rooms very clean food very good in restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay. Only thing the Carpark is quite confusing as there’s a public car park and hotel carpark. I parked in public carpark and was quite expensive even though I was told on departure that it was same price as hotel carpark.

Nice Staff but noise in room very uncomfortable
Staff were extremely friendly and the quality of the food excellent. However, there was a constant noise in the bedroom from either the air conditioning or water system that sounded like the blades of a helicopter (room air conditioning unit was turned off) that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Lovely property by the harbour. Well within walking distance to Latin Quarter and beautiful shops and restaurants. Hotel staff so accomodating and provided coffee-to-go and breakfast pastry for an early morning train back to Dublin.

The location of this property is great. It is an easy walk to the Latin Quarter were you will find a lot of shops and restaurants. The gentleman managing our check-in, I think his name was Davidus, was wonderful. The hotel seemed short of dining staff and those that were there were a bit disorganized. The rooms are tired and in need of some renovations and repairs. Overall a decent hotel however I would look for better accommodations if I were to return to Galway.

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We arrived first thing in the morning (because of flight times) and the staff went out of their way to get us a room within a few hours.

Upscale modern hotel. Excellent staff & housekeeping. Great location for the International Oyster Festival. Note: There is no self service laundry at hotel or in Galway City Centre. Hotel laundry service was very pricy (10 euro a nightgown) and not famiky friendly as listed.

Quite and Good location within walking distance to Latin Quarter. Spacious room with king size bed and fluffy pillows. No mini bar in the room so u cant chill your drinks. They have good breakfast. Only thing that im not too please is having to pay parking €10 for overnight park
