Friendly place to stay

Pros: The staff and general atmosphere
Cons: breakfast
The staff were wonderful at the lodge, and had lots of information and advice for us. The room was fine, and the breaskfast was ok, but not great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge, the staff were very friendly and helpful with some great advice on local activities and being in a outrageously beautiful and rugged part of Ireland there were numerous. Conveniently located to a number of hiking tracks with stunning views, fishing lakes, pubs, restaurants & craft shops and only a short trip to the coast. Great low budget option with an easy going and friendly atmosphere.

Pros: Location
Location: Great. In the heart of the village close to the National Park.
The lodge was clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The location is great for walking in the Connemara National Park.
