Excellent Customer ServicePosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed two nights in the family room. It was clean and comfortable and the owners were extremely helpful and gracious. The location is in the suburbs off a fairly main highway about 10 minutes from Galway. I would stay here again.

Wonderful inn and hostsPosted Jul 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Oranhill Lodge was the perfect place for our stay as we got acquainted with Ireland! Awoke to a delicious breakfast and heavenly coffee by our hosts Michael and Ann who also couldn't have been kinder and more helpful when we needed some minor medical help. The room was lovely, the bathroom spacious and new and we felt as if we were staying with friends! Oranhill Lodge was a wonderful experience!

Michael and Ann made our stay so nice. They greeted us warmly, provided us with tips on what to see, recommended a great place for dinner, and just made our stay very enjoyable. Can't say enough good about their hospitality and friendliness. You should stay here.

I would have no hesitations recommending Oranhill to anyone staying in the area. The service was fantastic, food was brilliant, and Michael and Ann could not do enough to make me feel more welcome.

Probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in. A beautiful house, lovely people and a great breakfast. Also a perfect location for exploring Galway Bay and the Burren.

Small triple room and noisyPosted May 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The house was in good, clean and tidy condition and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We booked a triple room for three adults and although the room was very clean, modern and pleasant, it was way too small for three adults and their luggage. The toilet would only flush every 15 mins due to refill flow being minimal ...bit awkward when there are three of you. This room may be okay for a family of parents and two kids but nt three adults. Also very noisy, the mother of the household was shouting upstairs to her teenage children to go to bed at 10pm, when we were already in bed ourselves and a loud tv in the next room was also annoying after 10pm.

Our thanks to Ann and Michael for their warm hospitality and welcome. Our stay was most pleasant and relaxing. The surroundings and cuisine added to our considerable enjoyment and we look forward to our next visit to Galway as we'll have no need to search for accommodation ....Oranhill Lodge will be our destination.

Irish Hospitality at it's FinestPosted Nov 10, 2012 on Hotels.com
Oranhill Lodge was a delight to stay in. The house was very nice and well maintained; very classy. Michael and Ann were gracious hosts and made us feel very welcome. My friends and I talked with them extensively on the morning of our departure and they truly seemed like old friends. Also, when we arrived they recommended an excellent pub/restaurant close by for dinner and drinks.

Has to be probably the nicest B & B we have stayed in. Anne and Michael were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We liked it so much we decided to stay an extra night. We would recommend their place to any one travelling to Galway.
