Functional and convenient

Posted Jul 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
A bit cheeky with the name, this hotel is in Uzes which is in fact a truly delightful town - no need to hide behind 'Pont du Gard', Anyhow, excellent signs, easy parking and friendly reception (once you find it...). Rooms fine, and you'll even be given a tea/coffee tray to take to your room if you ask (the rooms aren't equipped with such facilities).

Excellent desk and restaurant service and quality

Small but comfortable rooms. One day maid service was very poor, but other days was good. Fantastic breakfast. Close by car to Uzes. An hour to Avignon or Les Baux.

good hotel, but unreliable WiFi

Posted Mar 8, 2013
The hotel is alright, good location and nice breakfast. But, as in many other hotels in South France, WiFi is unreliable. If you depend on internet connection, make sure to have reliable 3G.

Great for my work

Posted Jun 23, 2011 on Hotels.com
Hotel is situated ideally for my work, as it is on the outskirts of town, which means I did not have to deal with the traffic. There is free parking, so this is a great advantage. Its a 10min walk into town where there is plenty of great places to eat and drink for not alot of money. The rooms are quite small, but the area is quiet and peaceful. The outdoor pool is great in the summer, but is closed in the spring and winter. Breakfast is a fairly basic affair. The restaurant food is pretty good value. 18euros for a set meal.
