“Good hotel at good price”

A very adequate businessman's hotel. Convenient location, but surely not a scenic vista. A good value for the money. Highly recommended.

This was an excellent stay. The rooms are large, clean, quiet. The beds are super comfortable. The staff was helpful and professional. A very good experience.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Had a number of extra requests as travelling with a 9 month old baby. The staff at the hotel could not have done more, they were brilliant and I wish all hotels gave service like this one. Hotel well located but it depends what you want. Was pleased to have a car to get around. Room was very clean, breakfast ideal and overall I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Used the pool but not the fitness centre but it looked to contain all the essentials.

Always a clean, efficient little hotel. Stay here whenever I visit my daughter at college. Book ahead because sometimes they fill up.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a short getaway. It was fine for our needs since we spent most of our time in NYC. I have to say that the two men that we encountered at the front desk weren't very bright. I only made one request when I was there. When we checked in I noticed that the refrigerator was dirty and asked the man at the front desk to have the maid clean it the next day. She never cleaned it during our entire stay. Must mean that she never opens the refrigerator. Wonder what else she doesn't clean. This disappointed me as I was under the impression that the Hyatt was concerned about cleanliness.
