"Great value, very clean hotel with good breakfast"
Stayed for here for one night in April on business in the east of Paris. Picked this hotel due to location and price. I arrived close to midnight and was greeted by a welcoming receptionist even at that time of night. Easy check in, clean and modern room and bathroom decor. Good breakfast in the morning.
I consider this hotel great value and a real find - I have stayed at some shocking and expensive places in Paris before.

Hotel staff very helpful. Room spacious for Paris. We even had a view of the river.
Location was very convenient to train station & Metro, although somewhat removed from the heart of Paris attractions.

Really liked this hotel and I'd stay there again. The room was small but that's normal for Paris, and it was well organized and comfortable. Great shower! Generous, tasty buffet breakfast. Front desk staff helpful and very multilingual!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights over a weekend in May 2015, total cost was less than £200 and for that price it was very nearly beyond criticism. The rooms were very compact (as you expect in Paris) but the furniture was high quality and very clean, we had fresh linen and towels every day. Air conditioning was effective and the hotel was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke good English.
We also thought it was a great location if you want something different from the normal tourist areas but with good Metro access to the city. A bonus was the number of really excellent restaurants within short walking distance - check the reviews for places nearby.
We had the hotel breakfast once and though that it represented very good value for money at €13 per person for a continental style buffet. You'd struggle to get a decent breakfast in a café for that price.
Only criticisms would be some odd oversights. There was no bin in the room and no tea and coffee making facilities either.

This hotel is perfectly situated near Le Gare de Lyon, being a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and informative. Our twin room facing the front of the hotel was clean and more than adequate for our 2 night stay before heading off by train to Perpignan. The breakfast at the hotel is buffet-style with a good range of items and once again the staff were very accommodating. The Rue de Lyon is ideally placed for taking advantage of the Paris Hop-on: Hop-off bus tours which I would strongly recommend if your time in Paris is limited.

The hotel is very near Bercy Village and the fast Metro to the centre. These local facilities make up for the rather drab modern location several miles out of town. At a tourist once you have exhausted these local facilities you could feel rather away from it all.
Hotel is modern and smart. We were upgraded to a larger room than the room fro three booked. This upgraded room was still small for three people. The room lacked proper wardrobe space for anything beyond a weekend stay and felt cramped.
Several lights did not work and the aircon always seem to blow hot.
We did not spend long in the room hence these points did not matter much to us. If space is important to you make sure the room you book is big enough.

Stretching east along the Right Bank, this is a district of entertainment, government institutions and green spaces. Nightspots cluster around Place de la Bastille, notably the Opéra National de Paris. Parc de Bercy contains a stadium and a leisure centre. Beyond the Périphérique, Bois de Vincennes is Paris’s largest park, with boating lakes and the city zoo. The area is well served by commuter transport links and the Gare de Lyon.
