Great central location. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable FD staff. May want to request twin beds as those rooms seemed to be larger. Smallish TV but Toulouse should not be about staying in your room. Bath had handheld shower - no hang-up hook or shower curtain.

I stayed 2 nights whilst in Toulouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is close to Jean Jures metro but actually so close to Capitol that it was easier to walk. There was free tean and coffee every time I returned from a trip out. They ordered me a taxi and were very patient with my poor french - they also spoke English.

The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel has lots of period charm and our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is well located, with the jean jaures bus stop and metro less than two minutes walk away. The old town is just across the main road and the Capitole is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Highly reccommended.

I was led to believe this was a budget hotel but it was anything but. We couldn't have asked for more from a hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. We both slept incredibly well.
One of the really good things was tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms which most hotels in France fail to supply.
We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff.
Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone.
