Better than I expected. The room was a little bit small, but very clean and charming. Besides very convenient for transportation. The metro is only 20 meters from the hotel. The staffs were all kind and their services were immediate as well. Compared to the price, breakfast was very satisfactory. Not many foods, but necessary and nice foods. The only demerit is the room size. In conclusion, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Typical 3* hotel, but it is very modern in some aspects. My only real gripe was the location. Although the close transport links were great, the noise when the double glazed balcony windows were open was unbearable due to all the coaches from the Garde de Lest station terminal which was 24/7! The area seems a little run down too, but overal the experience was good, with friendly staff and a good level of comfort elsewhere.

"Small Hotel, very good position, excellent staff"
The Hotel has good sized rooms and facilities by Paris standards. The décor is enjoyable, and the rooms are well appointed. The location is a quiet street not far from Bonne Nouvelle metro (a bit hard to find initially).
Paris attractions are close on the Metro, and Galeries Lafayette and the Opera is a 15 minute walk away.
Full marks to the reception staff for the friendly, supportive, helpful attitude at all times.
It goes a long way to making a visitor feel relaxed.
I would choose this Hotel again.

This is an area of transit, with two mainline stations and a dozen Métro links. Gare du Nord is the terminus for Eurostar and trains to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The main sights are glass and fan museums and the 17th-century archways of St-Denis and St-Martin. Ethnic shops, markets and restaurants on Boulevard du Strasbourg and Passage Brady ('Little India') and lively cafés along Canal St-Martin make atmospheric diversions.
