Quaint and cozy place nestled in Perce

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Location and views
Cons: Wi-fi it was slow from time to time, however it didn't affect our stay as we have plenty of activities to do
Location: the cuisine is outstanding, the local shops - btfl, whale watching and the tours of perch rock was breathtaking, very friendly town and low key.
We had a fantastic time and overall enjoyed the spectacular views, shopping and the room kitchenette, it felt like a home away from home. Plan on returning next summer 2015!!

Stayed for two nights room was clean and ready.

Pros: Clean and close proximity to Roche Perce...and the excursion desk right next door they were so helpful and friendly. Made sure my truck didn't get tow
Although we arrived way past our check in time the front desk personnel was very helpful in getting us there. We had to do a huge detour due to the shortcut road being washed away increasing our drive by almost two hours. Driving in the night , no lights and unknown territory with no idea as to where we were with two kids was needless to say little stressful. But the man at the front desk who answered the phone was able to assist us and direct us to the hotel and left the lights on and the key for us..they normally close at 10 pm. We finally arrived at 1 am. Be aware that if you have a Rogers or fido cell phone you not have any cell phone connection in that party of the province . Thank goodness I had my work cell a swell.

Value for money

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Great price for the room.
Cons: The only downfall was there is no air conditioner and did not feel comfortable sleeping with the widow open as someone could easily break in.
Location: Take the boat over to Bonaventure Island, it goes around Perce rock and the island has great hiking trails.
The room was clean and efficient. 1 double bed and 1 single bed, table chairs, fridge, coffee maker and tv (not flat screen but didn't really matter). The bathroom was efficient and clean. The only disappointment with the bathroom was the shower head but this could be an easy and inexpensive change by the owner. We had a great view of the water from the deck chairs outside our door.

This is a well located Motel. We had a view of Perce rock from our room and watched whales while enjoying a nice continental breakfast (wonderful chocolate croissants). Owners are very nice.
