not what we expectedPosted Aug 26, 2014
we booked a room with 2 queen beds as in the photos but when we got there the room was nothing like the photo the desk clerk moved us to another room because the one we were given had a common patio that was right outside our window as well as the 2 beds foot to foot and the t.v. was not in a place that it could be seen from both beds. we were given a room that had a double and twin bed instead . over all we were disappointed even though the desk clerk did what she could to try to fix the problem but for the money if we ever go back to Perce we will look for another hotel.

Perfect location, comfort roomsPosted Aug 25, 2014
It is the perfect location for taking the boat tour, just 2 mins down the street. Room has a nice size, with wood log interior, which is interesting. Windows can open so that we had a good night's sleep.

Pros: Location was great
The room was very small and located in a very narrow passageway.

Family road trip stopoverPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Part of downtown - close to the restaurants and tourist attractions
Location: Great location and view
The room was clean and comfortable but small, including the bathroom. For a family of four we didn't have much space for our luggage and other baggage. We were in, what appeared to be, an older section separate from the main hotel. The view from our front door, however, was excellent as we had Percé Rock and Bonaventure Island in view directly across from us. More expensive as compared to the Riôtel in Matane where we also had a much bigger room. Overall it was OK.

Great view, nice roomPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms, and a great view of the St. Lawrence Seaway. I loved the campfire in front and the easy access to lawn chairs.
Cons: Employee service at the front desk
My only negative comment concerning this hotel is the lack of friendliness by the front desk employees. They all seemed to be older in age, cranky by nature, and direct with clients. I was not impressed! However, a male employee at the Riôtel restaurant was absolutely helpful and enthusiastic when I asked for two coffees the next morning. Obviously, not all personnel have the same work ethic.

Nice hotelPosted Jul 3, 2014
The hotel is nice and located in a good place next to all the attractions in Perce. The air conditioning didn't work and we had to change the room but received a great room instead.

Excellent value for the pricePosted Jun 26, 2014
We had a Perce Rock view type room located in the building next to the main one. Our room was facing the sea and we could hear the waves from it. The section of the hotel where we were is a motel type room with a direct access door. Clean room, including fridge and renovated bathroom, which are very convenient. Enjoy!

Amazing place. The room was great, very comfortable and was everything we wanted/needed in a room. The restaurant was above all expectations. Service and food were highlights. Would stay again for sure.
