Not sure....!!!

Pros: The grounds are well kepts, reception area and restaurant also well kept. The view of Perce rock is also nice.
Cons: The room I had is overdue for an update. I was VERY disappointed with the room. But it's clean.
Location: It's well located, restaurants and shops nearby.
The outside of this hotel, and reception area, and restaurant are all VERY well kept, and clean. The rooms with oceanview must be nice. I opted for a standard room since I was only staying there 1 night. I was VERY surprised when I got in my room. I hate to say this but it's the ugliest room I've ever seen. It was CLEAN though, but overdue for an update. Seems like it's dated in the 80's. So I was very disappointed to see this since everything else looked nice! The breakfast at the restaurant was good and has a beautiful view of the Perce rock. Not sure if I'd go back. But I want to say again that the room was clean.

Great place

Perfect location and super friendly staff! I stayed there one night with my 6 year old daughter and we loved it. Our room was a little small, with not much space to go around the beds, but it was well equipped, comfy and tidy. And who wants to stay in all day anyway ;) The hotel is right on the seaside, and there is lots of space to lounge around the outdoor fireplace, with an awesome view of Percé Rock. There is a play area for the kids, and the beach is great. The only down side for us was the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It was a little dissapointing and really overpriced. Will definitely stay at the Riotel again, but maybe have breakfast at one of the many litte cafés and restaurants nearby.

Perce

We had a room in the older part, nice and quiet, beside the beach. This part of the hptel needs some upgrades and modernisation. The price we thought was high for the room we had.

Peaceful stay with a beautiful view

Posted Sep 26, 2014
Cons: We wouldn't have changed a thing
Location: The area has boutiques, restaurants and museums showcasing the wildlife and history of the peninsula. There is hiking, whale watching and the beach
My new husband and I stayed at the Riotel for two nights while on our journey around the peninsula. It was so nice to be out of the city. The hotel room was very clean and cozy and just what we were looking for to escape the bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful when asked about expeditions and things to see in the area. We had a wonderful view from our window of the Perce rock formations and enjoyed sitting outside our room by the campfires the staff lights every night for their visitors. Thank you so much for a wonderful, peaceful visit.

hôtel accueillant et très bien situé

Posted Sep 14, 2014
