"My wife and I had a fabulous five days at the Park Vista!! The facilities are exceptional and the staff members are super nice. We have stayed there in the past and it just gets better and better. And yes… we love the chocolate chip cookies!!"

"The patio overlooked a brook or river. I wish we could have kept the door open to hear it during the night. They said that the front office would be closed at 11pm that night; no explanation given. They said that they don’t offer breakfast but that they offered free coffee in the lobby. The next morning I went down around 7:45. THE OFFICE WAS STILL CLOSED! Fortunately they had a coffee pot in the room and it worked. "

"The hotel is older and, as other reviews mention, you can hear the street noise but the river views are well worth it! Room was clean and the staff was nice and friendly, with the exception of the clerk at check-in (he wasn't rude but was far from friendly). It's also conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay again."

"Everything about this property was great. Room was clean and just like it was described. Close and walkable to everything you could dream of. Swimming pool/hot tub was across the street was the only negative I would have to say."

"Everything was great, but check-in took a little too long. Not sure why, but it seems maybe my room wasn’t ready or something. Not a big deal, I always try to be patient. The property is in a good location. Downtown Gatlinburg is an easy walk from hotel, just remember it’s all uphill walk back, so take that into consideration if you get tired easily."

"Very nice staff and facility, hard to keep properties this nice and clean with the heavy tourist traffic they get. Good and free parking, right in downtown Gatlinburg so easy walking everywhere."
