A clean and well kept room and hotel. It was a convenient location to other attractions in Gatlinburg.

Great room, private balcony, amazing beds. Service was very accommodating to our needs as extended out stay twice. Would stay again

It was a nice motel in downtown Gatlinburg.

Pros: It was within walking distance to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. The room was clean and somewhat maintained.
Cons: The room could have used some touch ups. When showering the water still came out of the faucet too and drained slow, also the cold faucet leaked.
Location: All of the attractions in Gatlinburg were within walking distance.
It was well worth what we paid to stay there. We had an exceptional time.

HORRIBLE

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Get New Management & ROOMS
Location: Down town Gatlinberg
Room had dust hanging from vents in bathroom. Brown stuff rubbed on edge of bed. Lamp shade had holes all over them. Light out. And extra pillow behind door ripped open. Asked for refund and was refused! I also Have pictures of all of it but not sure how to post them

Nothing Fancy but clean and comfortable

Pros: Comfort and clean
Cons: update wall paper, carpet, and fix broken fixtures
Location: Right off the strip. We walked the whole weekend no need to drive!
If you are looking for a place clean and with comfortable beds this is it. Nothing fancy. It was old but very clean. We loved the beds so much we didn't want to get up and go! The breakfast was simple, bagels and cereal. But if you want something quick it was good and I rather spend my $$ on the attractions. Close to everything no need to drive!

Thank you for your comments. We strive to keep our hotel clean for our guests and happy you found it so. We are happy you found our beds that comfortable, and we agree with you, once in you don't want to get up and go. We are limited on space so we do have a simple breakfast at this time. We are about 1and 1/2 blocks from the main road in Gatlinburg and there is a shortcut to the parkway from out back parking lot, and you are right no need to drive and pay for parking.

Gatlinburg is walkable from this hotel

Hotel is in a great location and we could walk Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The only problems we had was our room was not ready at check in, which was at 3pm. Our room was not ready until after 4:30. We also got charged a $2.00 fee for booking through Expedia.

We strive to have our rooms ready at 03:00pm, our check in time does begin at 03:00pm, with our hotel full over this past weekend, and all of our rooms doing a complete turnaround on that day we missed getting them all done. We will strive to do better in the future and hope you will not hold it against us and return for a future visit. Yes, we do charge a $2.00 processing fee when you book through Expedia or any 3rd party reservation, this is written on the reservation system when booking with them before you electronically sign and submit.

Rate was not a bargain. .

We read that the location was across from the aquarium. It was a mile and staff was rude when asked about it. We were placed in a room next to staircase and laundry. Nonetheless. We didn't rest. Room was very outdated and cable was basic at best with interruptions through out the night. Never again.

Thank you for your comments. We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding about our location. We are located one mile from the aquarium on the same road. We strive to train our employees to be kind to all guests no matter the situation and we seem to have let you down. Our laundry room does run from 09:00 am to about 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm on a daily basis, and apologize for any noises that may have kept you from resting. We are unaware of any cable issues over the past few days, that could not be remedied quickly, we do wish you had let us know about the cable issues.

Overall the room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. It could use a little updating. The staff was friendly and quick to take care of the one trouble we had, which was the smoke detector chirping.

My sheets were dirty, I left my iPad I called and they said they didn't have it,but my u cloud put it in the hotel and then it got shut off

We would have been happy to remedy the situation. We are sorry you lost your IPad, we have searched your room as well as laundry for it we have not found it here.
