“Oldie but Goodie”

The hotel is older and the staff was very nice. We arrived about an hour before the official check-in time and they checked us in right away. The room was clean, the bed comfy and we had both a microwave and a mini-fridge. We had requested extra pillows and towels during our online booking and found them in the room as requested.

Very friendly employees. Clean room. Everything as described in overview. Good for for family stay.

Has a nice pool, not by the road. Nice complimentory breakfast. Also close to restruarant.

Super 8 in Gatlinburg is a very good place with neat rooms, good facilities and very near to downtown.

As long as you know what to expect from a typical Super 8, you won't be disappointed. Room was spacious & comfortable, reasonably clean, & good for the price.

the outside spa pool was not functional. they had a pool that was very clean

maybe could have done better for the money, It's an old motel. It was clean enough for business travel but probably not for families. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with directions and info.

The hotel staff on duty the night we arrived, was more than helpful. She was friendly and offered help with finding places to eat and enjoy. She went out of her way. The room was servicable and clean but could use some "sprucing up". Have recommended it to my daughter and husband. Loved the pink exterior!

“It's a place to stay”

If you need a place to sleep and bathe after a day of activities in the area, this is one of them. Basic room, obviously aged but well-maintained. The AC works very well. Overall it was a good enough value for the money.
