Definitely worth the price

“We will be staying here from now on”

The hotel was great all around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I would have is that they were changing out the cable boxes and we were without cable for a day and a half.

“Friendly and no drama”

The hotel was clean and easy to find. The first floor did smell of chlorine, but the pool was well heated and the temperature difference turned the pool room into a sauna, carrying the scent. It wasn't very strong, and we grew accustomed to it right away. The room was clean, even though it is a 'Pet Friendly' hotel. We did take our pet, as did many others, and it was pleasant overall. The only problem we encountered was that, on our last day there, housekeeping decided to skip our room, with no reasons or explanations. One of the reasons I enjoy travel is coming 'home' to a clean room. The front desk immediately supplied us with towels, but did not offer any compensation for the lack of housekeeping service. I liked the hotel, and will stay again, but will keep them at the services they provide that I'm paying for in my nightly rate.

The only problem with this trip was the rain. Unless the hotel could have stopped the rain, there is nothing we have to complain about. The staff was friendly, and congenial.

“Enjoyed!!”

We were in the area to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were outstanding - very friendly and helpful, from top management to housekeeping. Loved the high thread count on the sheets, the luxurious towels and pillows.....and comfortable beds.

“Nice Hotel!”

The hotel is a short drive from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but it is a nice drive. It had two well maintained pools. I liked it because it was off the main strip so it wasn't crowded. The continental breakfast was also well stocked. The room was smaller than I thought it would be - but still very clean. I would stay here again!!!

“Excellent Hotel”

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. It is a little far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but they make up for it with exceptional service. It exceeded my expectations greatly and we definitely will be staying there again.

“Would stay again”

This was exactly what we expected. Wanted a hotel with indoor pool for the kids since it was New Year's Eve and cold. We checked in at 11PM as well as several others doing the same. Check in went quickly and the room was clean and roomy. Pool was very warm and they brought out more towels while we were there. Spa is connected to the pool so you really can't tell it is there. We found the jets and then found the timer and turned it on. Jets were not that great and the water was cold coming out. But it didn't seem to matter to the kids. Breakfast was good. Hot waffles and the lady working kept everything stocked. Even though she has to work around a lot of people in a small place. It is small but you can take food into lobby if needed.

“Baymont Inn & Suites is amazing !!!”

We had a GREAT time staying at the Baymont... We visited during the 4th of July weekend 2008. All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast alone is worth the stay. We will absolutely be going back soon!!!

“Excellent value for the price”

Not a classy place but clean, quiet and located far enough from the interstate to lose the noise.
