Hotel was ok. The pool was very poor and mostly everyone had a respritory issue including my entire family. Hotel did not provide nearly enough towels. Bed was fair as far as comfortable. Pillows were average at best.

The walls of the shower had red stuff on it. There was also black hairs all over the shower, and the bathroom floor. As well as black hairs all in one of the queen beds. Almost as if the sheets hadn’t been changed and the shower hadn’t been cleaned either. I wouldn’t even let my 3 year old son shower in it, that’s how bad the uncleanliness was.

It was dirty. Also one of the workers were restocking non perishables and paper goods and one pack of cups dropped on the floor opened and the worker pick them up off the floor and puut them out for guest to use.

Mason was very nice and easy to work with. Went above and beyond to help out relatives. We stayed for 4 nights. Only issue was housekeeping did not come in at all during the stay, we were told that when booking online they don’t come in until day 3. However they did not come in then either. So we needed to take out trash and get towels. No big deal. Overall good experience. Would stay there again.

The shower was dirty with stain on wall from previous stay, tissue box was empty and the desk lamp flickered could not find switch for lamp between beds. Looked very nice from outside

No exhaust fans in the rooms. First night pool was cold with few jets working. Second night way to much chlorine in the pool. Made my bathing suit bleed its color. Breakfast was not good. Will not return.

Overall this property is a great place to stay. My wife and I and our 1 yo duaghter stayed here for a night as we were going to DW in the morning. It was pretty cheap and had an indoor pool which is what we wanted. Its closer to the interstate than the parkway which is also what we wanted. Pros: The lobby was emaculate and the breakfast was some of the best free cont. Breakfast have I had at a hotel. The staff was extemely nice and helpful. We had an issue with some of the sheet on one of our beds and they fixed it immediately. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature and I think when the outdoor pool area opens it will be even better for littles like ours. As far as our room goes it was clean and had everything we needed! Cons: the hallways need some extreme TLC the walls are banged up pretty bad the wall paper is hanging off which made me weary of what our room would look like. Our bedliner had a masive brown stain on the side but was replaced immediately upon telling them about it. Overall it was a really good place to stay for the night and I would definitly stay another night there as its off the parkway, it has good pool areas, and the staff is extremely accomodating and helpful! Dont let the appearance of the hallways fool you the rooms are good.

This is a nice hotel to stay in. I wish it had a hot tub but overall the room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was really good.

Excellent facility. Bed was extra comfortable. Breakfast was more than satisfying. However, the one thing I will never understand, is who they get to remodel these places. The attention to detail is always lacking. But I make be more observant than most guests. At any rate a good place to stay
