Condo was great but we are more cabin people. Probably will try a cabin next time.

Great location away from the hubbub of main street - excellent views from all windows.

You won't regret this one. My wife loved it everyone was more than comfortable. Within close distance of everything. Be sure and checkout Wonder Works while your there it's worth it.

We found the condo to be perfect for the four of us! It was large and nicely decorated and we were instantly at home. At check-in, I found the staff courteous and very helpful when asked about area attractions. I have told everyone I know how great this resort is and we are planning a much longer stay there the next time we can get back to the mountains.

I would go back because the hotel was very confortable and clean. My son loved the Jacuzzi and the Fireplace. I loved the kitchen had everything you needed.

“Lots of room, good for a family”

We have four kids and this was a good place to stay. The second bedroom had a full size bed, plus a pull-out in the living room. These are privately owned condos, with out any hotel services. Full kitchen/laundry room. The only thing that disappointed me about this resort is the check in. We arrived at 5:03pm on a Sat. and the office was closed already, with our key/condo assignment taped to the main door. They should stay open a bit longer on major check in days. The kids loved the indoor pool, it was small but they enjoyed it. Traffic on the Parkway was terrible, take whatever back roads you can find. The Old Mill restraunt was EXCELLENT! The kids loved mining for gems, and the tram to the mountain top in Gatlinburg. Dont forget to ice skate when you are up there.

“Great Hotel”

Our stay was wonderful the only complaint that we had was that the bed was hard as a rock. We stayed 2 nights and the second night we slept on the couch. Other than that though it was a great stay. I loved the heated pool!

This is a really nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is great, and the location is FANTASTIC! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a big, affordable room in the Smokies.
