“Value and comfort”
Even though this is an older motel, it was very well maintained. The front desk was very helpful and check-in was easy. Even though we spend most of our time hiking in the mountains, the location was not too far away, and makes for a much easier getaway when we check out.

As many years as we return to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, we have finally found a great hotel. We don't even bother to check prices anymore because we know that the Best Western Greenbrier Inn will be the best deal in town and provide clean, comfortable rooms. Take my word for it, and book your room right now!

The hotel has the best of everything. The price is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Can't ask for anything more. Will come back for sure

Very comfortable and clean hotel for the price. We were very suprised at the good quality for a low price. The service desk associate was very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely stay. I def recommend it!
“Very nice hotel for the money”
This was an extremely nice hotel for the age of it. Very well maintained, only complaint the fridge in our room didn't work, nor did the ice makers on either floor, but the next day they had a sign that you could get ice at the front desk.

Stayed 3 days & 2 nights - in a clean, quiet, non smoking, no pet room. Everything worked - air, tv (lots of channels) micro, fridge (we did have to turn it on), hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Had plenty of towels and loved the curved out shower curtain. Great location - close to Outback, KFC, Weigel grocery, shopping and gas stations. Really liked the idea of the club house for the free breakfast - hate to eat crammed in a small lobby area! Hot make your own yummy Bear shaped waffles, cereals, muffins, juices/coffee/teas, some fruit, boiled eggs, breads & bagels available to choose from. About a dozen tables for seating. On duty server - kept the breakfast items stocked & the area clean. The ample space parking lot was well lit and landscaped. All this to say - we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
“Great Weekend for Rod Run”
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and pleasant each time we encountered them. It was also in a great location where we were able to use back roads and still enjoy the rod run without the hassle of waiting in traffic for hours!
