Close to all the action and good price.Posted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: Free breakfast included in the price is a plus. HBO channels cool.
Cons: Entire time we stayed there was no Tea available despite I have mentioned it every morning to the staff.
Location: There is so many thinks to do there you will need a month long vacation to see it all and that may still not be enough.

Ok if you're just passing through..Posted Oct 12, 2013
We stayed at this hotel on our way to Charleston, SC. to get some shut eye while driving. It was relatively clean, not completely outdated and very middle of the road. It wouldn't be my choice for a destination hotel but it served it's purpose.

Beds were the smallest queen beds I have ever slept in. They actually are double sized nd not queen, very disappointing. The toilet looked like it was 100 years old and would not flush properly. We had to use a restroom at a restaurant near by. The bathroom is way too small, needs updating. The refrigerator did not work either. Very disappointed with this Best Western and considering never staying at another one.

Not what I thought!!Posted Sep 7, 2013
Pros: The staff was pleasant
Cons: Where do I begin??
The floors were so dirty! I put on clean socks and they were black in minutes. The entire facility just gave me the creeps. I was told they were in the middle of a remodel and it's a good thing! The staff was nice, but that's the only good thing about it. We only stayed one night (thankfully)!!

The phots of this hotel need to be updatedPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
We booked a double queen room and got a double room. Hotel was very hard to turn in and out of. Bathroom looked like someone had got shot in it because of stains on ceiling. There was a homemade prop for the refridgerator and microwave, and the microwave had a huge dent in it. Hotel room was noisy because it was above the wash room. The free breakfast was terrible, and you had to walk across the parking lot into a small room for it. Will never stay there again...better hotels down the strip

Worn and needs to be updatedPosted Aug 6, 2013
Pros: The price and the two queen sized beds
Cons: Needs repairs and updating
The hotel was okay, but is in serious need of updating. We were only passing through for the night, but if I was staying for a longer period of time, I would not be happy staying here. Although the room has a pillow top mattress, LCD tv, and refrigerator, the wall paper was coming apart at the seam, the bathroom sink had a huge crack which at first glance looked like a long black hair, and we had to use my daughter's bobby pins to keep the curtain clipped together for privacy and to keep the AC from billowing out the curtains. Of course if I was on a budget, these were only minor issues and I would make do. The price was alright and you get what you pay for.

Nice Sevierville Area HotelPosted Jul 29, 2013
Pros: Modern furnishings and bedding. A very comfortable bed.
Location: The location is just outside downtown Sevierville, right in front of the shopping center with Belk and TJ Maxx, about a mile north of Tanger Outlets.
This hotel was very clean and had modern furnishings and bedding. Very comfortable beds!! The room had a mini fridge and microwave oven. This is an older building, so it's not perfect but very well maintained and clean. The continental breakfast was fairly typical (cereals, sausages, eggs, breads, bagels, pastries) but they did have teddy bear waffle makers that were super cute!! The location of this hotel on the Expedia map is not accurate. We were looking for a hotel between the Tanger Outlets and Dollywood. This hotel is north of the outlet mall, not south as appears on the map we viewed.
