“Great Dollywood location”

This hotel is located right at Dollywood lane, just go about a mile down the road and you are at the Dollywood parking lot. Also go past that light towards Sevierville there are many cute shops and attractions, we walked the other direction not so nice,.run down hotels,etc. Go to your right out of the hotel COOL, left not so cool. There is a nice steakhouse and a McAllister's deli across the street but also the Dixie Stampede is right aside of the hotel. Ok the room, very spacious with a fireplace on one wall it was very plain but it's a hotel so nice for them to have it at all. Beds table and TV in one room and a divider led to another spacious section with sink,fridge, microwave, and bathroom. There was also a balcony, ours faced the parking lot. The door in the bedroom area faced the pool. Lot's of pool noise but they do close it at 10:00pm and we love the pool so did not mind, that was the indoor pool, there was also an outdoor one. Happy with size of room, cleanliness, friendly staff. Breakfast is the same every morning, heat your own waffles, toast, hard boiled eggs, peaches, bisquits and gravy, drinks, juice, milk, coffee. If oatmeal is your thing they have that, also donuts. What my son missed was fruit. He loves bananas and apples none of that at this breakfast.. Grocery store, gas station very close by also Wendy's,Arby's,Corky's barbecue, and the Golden Corral. We would stay there again, it was a bargain, had good price and used coupon.

I have been to Pigeon Forge numerous times for years, but have never stayed in the Best Western Plaza. It was great. Everyone extremely friendly and helpful. Clean room, plenty of room. Will stay here from now on.

I stay here everytime I go down to Tennessee. It's always very clean and the people are the front desk are super nice. I recommend this hotel to everyone that is going to this area.

The staff was so helpful with changing rooms so my kids didn't have to walk out in the cold to go to the indoor pool. i greatly apperciate.

“Great hotel”

The staff was very knowledgable on the area, and was very helpful at assisting us with any of our needs. The rooms were clean and well kept, the hotel has two pools, one inside and the other outside. Both are small in size but served their purpose well. The hotel has good placement on the strip, so your surrounded by attractions, as well as plenty of dining options. Check in and out was a breeze, and i would recommend this hotel to other families.

“Great friendly Hotel.”

The hotel turned out to be a great location for our five day trip to Pigeon Forge. The hotel was centrally located for all the sites we were interested in visiting during our trip. The hotel hallways, the parking lots, and other common areas were well maintained and cared for. We spent a lot of time in our rooms and were completely satisfied with it's size and comfort. The bed was very comfortable. Staying in the Plaza Inn was very enjoyable and we'll certainly choose to stay here on our next visit to Pigeon Forge.

“Family Fun”

The room had been redone and was very clean and there was no smells in the room. Grandson enjoyed the breakfast and he is very picky. At night it is very hard to find a place to park.
