“Great Hotel for the Money”

The Toni Inn was a very pleasant place to stay. It was very clean & comfortable. The mattress's seemed new. The indoor pool was a hit with my kids. The hotel is conveniently located. The price was right too! It was better than expected for what we paid.

“Clean place to stay!”

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel along with my two sons. The room and the entire area around the hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast was very good with gravy and biscuits being our highlight. Trolly stop right at the front door and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a place to stay in this area. We did the show at the Dixie Stampede (which is right across the street) ...well worth the money. Don't pay full price, the hotels sell discount coupons.

“Very pleased with accomodations.”

This was my 8 year old grandson's 2nd trip to Pigeon Forge during his "fall break" from school in October. He absolutely loved the indoor pool! I highly recommend this place for grandparents to stay with grandchildren, especially when you request a room with pool access. My grandson enjoyed one activity after another during our stay in Pigeon Forge.

We arrived at the hotel and the hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. Although the entrance to the hotel is off the main parkway the rooms themselves are set back which made parking and privacy in the pool areas great. They changed our original reservation to a ground floor room. The hotel is centrally located to where we could walk to attractions and restaurants - both fast food and high end. The room was very clean with clean linens and lots of towels which were all very clean too. The up-keep of the whole area was seen on a daily basis with the trimming of bushes and the maids even cleaning the areas outside the rooms by sweeping and wiping down the railings! Breakfast consists of biscuits and gravy, 4 differents cereals, waffles, toast, coffee, juice and everything was kept full even til 10am when breakfast was supposed to finish you could still find everything topped up and ready. We love Pigeon Forge and now I know exactly where I want to stay each visit we make.

People (tourist's) are quiet rude. They lack respect for others. NOISEY!NOISEY! NOISEY!

very clean and comfortable, we used the indoor pool and hot tub. fun for the kids and me.very well maintained. Good breakfast, lots of choices in food items

“Nice Room”

Room was very nice. Not to far from the inside pool. Poolroom was keep at a comfortable tempature. Staff was very nice and helpful.
