Room with a view of the streamPosted Sep 21, 2014
We loved the hotel room for the price. It was right in downtown and we were able to walk everywhere. However, we did not like the hotel staff at the front desk. They were less then welcoming and when we asked if they had 2 paper plates they told is to turn right out of the hotel and go to Walgreens about 1-2 miles up the road. We were exhausted from walking all day. They serve a breakfast in the morning that for your convience has paper plates to use. I don't see why it was so difficult for the hotel to give us 2 paper plates and I guess I wouldn't be upset over it except he was rude from the day we checked in. Overall not a bad hotel just don't expect them to go above and beyond for you.

Great location near great fun!!Posted Aug 12, 2014
Oh .... I'm not sure where to begin other than it was simply amazing. The hotel is next to the infamous Ripleys Aquarium of the Smokies.😄. .. we had a wonderful time and it was great to watch the Ducks and the ducklings...The 2 six year old kids we had on our trip had a blast.....Thank you!!!!

Nice hotel.Posted Aug 5, 2014
Cons: Parking and advertising.
Location: Next to the Aquarium and several shops.
When we arrived there was a bag from Red Lobster and a can of window cleaner that had been left on the counter. It was advertised as creek side and it was, somewhat. The main creek went around the other side of the hotel and only a part of it went around this side and the view was of two tree stumps and the backside of a restaurant. Over all the room was clean and nobody bothered us. We did have to park several rooms down from ours.

Wonderful location, great place to stayPosted Aug 4, 2014
We stayed in room 427, and I have no complaints. I was skeptical due to bad reviews about the place, but from the moment we checked in the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Perfect location to walk anywhere in gatlinburg! I will definitely be back!
