Had a great timePosted Dec 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed two nights at the inn for a trip with my girlfriend. It was our first time at a bed and breakfast, and we really enjoyed it. The inn is away from the craziness of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, and we did not have to suffer the horrible traffic at both these places. The food was great, and they had a lot of extras like coffee, pies, cookies, ice cream available at all times. We went when it was cold, so did not get to walk around the inn, but in good weather the surroundings would have been great to just go for walks.

Nice B&B off the beaten path.Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: The location, the property, the staff, the food, the other guests, and the value.
Cons: The tv for sure, ha ha. It was a throwback to the 80's.
Location: It's very close to all of the major attractions in Pigeon Forge, but with a farm house setting.
This was our first Bed and Breakfast stay. The staff was genuinely warm and friendly, and the breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the fellowship with the other guests, young and old. There was always a desert for a late night snack, that was delicious, too. Although not luxurious, it was definitely comfortable, clean and quiet. We stayed in the house, but they offer cottages, which came highly recommended by the "regulars". I would definitely consider returning and/or recommending this place to friends and family.

A Must Go PlacePosted Oct 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was our first visit in a Bed and Breakfast. We were unsure if we would like it. It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary so we wanted something different. We loved it. From entering the home we were made to feel so welcome. The food and desserts were so good. We loved visiting while drinking coffee on the front porch. We met many nice people. Most of the people staying were repeat visitors. Many come the same time each year. We will definitely be making another trip. We stayed in Morning Glory Cabin it was very sweet. We also loved having breakfast delivered to the cabin one morning.

Not in GatlinburgPosted Oct 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Charming central building and cabins and spacious grounds, a far cry from the crowds in Gatlinburg.

What a truely great place.Posted Sep 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was a last minute decision to try a B&B. The wife and I have never been to one and I have always been leary of them, just do not like the idea of sharing a bathrom or other areas. BUT.. Let me say this, we will absolutely use this B&B again!!! The folks that run the place are really nice country folks like I grew up with and truely great hosts. Eric and Collett (sorry if spelled wrong) know the area, the history and how to make you feel right at home. The bedrooms are really nice and each one decorated differently. PLUS, EACH and every room has it's own bathroom and tub and shower, plus some even have jacuzzis. I am not a fan of using them but they are in some rooms if you want one. The view faces the Smokies and almost every day there was fog/coulds on them living up to their name.. The breakfast was so good and different each day. The gravy and biscuts were ALMOSt as good as my mom use to make but I did go back for more and the grits perfect... If you stay at the Blue Mist Country Inn I think you will be really glad you didd and hard pressed to find a better place.
