The property is nice. The room was clean and has a balcony overlooking a stream. It is walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The room was adjoining to the next room and we could hear talking and snoring through the door. The wifi was nonexistent. The breakfast is typical motel fair. Would I stay there again. Probably not.

It was very very nice, and clean, and loved the balcony!!! The huge bed was incredicle!! The front desk was spectacular!! Will definitely choose this hotel next time!!!!

We had a balcony with a creek outside. Very lovely and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

Since our stay there was only 1 night, we had very minimal time to really respond to some of the rating questions bc we got in later in PM and left by 10 in AM. But the rustic cabin room decor was very nice. And the beauty & grandeur of God’s creation behind our unit and right there with the stream coming down (& somewhat noisily) was very nice. Thus I’ll rate this as excellent overall.

My room was on the ground level creekside and the sound of the creek at night was so nice to sleep to! The rooms are a bit dated, but overall a nice facility. My stay was in March so it was a bit too chilly to enjoy the creekside back porch.

Nice setting by the brook. Property maintenance was warm - several bulbs burned out, one light didn’t work at all and the lighting in the bathroom was too low to do makeup.

This hotel had the worst beds ive ever slept in! We had to put pillows under the matress to keep from rolling out of the bed. The fridge was so noisy we had to turn it off. This hotel was too far away from any attractions.

Town is three tenths of a mile or their was a city free trolley that picked up in front of the office which you were told at check in about, so we are sorry to hear your felt it was too far away!

Location great. Parking plentiful. Breakfast was standard but barely warm. Need some shelves in bathroom as sink awkwardly takes up counter space. Wifi weak. Had to stand outside door to connect

The sound of the stream behind us was so relaxing. The staff was super friendly and fun to talk with. Bird in the office was fun ..lol Only thing that I was not happy with was the fact that there was no phone in the room and that the night stand lights did not work. I would for sure come back to this place as it is very accommodating. If the pool was open our son would have been even happier but we came at the wrong time of year. At least he got to use the hot tub. Thank you to all the staff you guys were great!

We do tell you at check in with your paperwork to call the hotel directly from your cell phone if room phone doesn't work. Sorry if that was an inconvenience. We will have maintenance look into the lighting situation. Come in future when the pool, slides, and waterfall are up and running.

Trolley access right out front is super convenient. Staff extremely nice, helpful and had smile on their face. I travel frequently and I can say, I have never had a resort/hotel/inn call me and let me know my room was ready and it was only 11am check in is at 4. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful lodge right on a stream. Every room overlooks the running water and gives a beautiful ambiance and atmosphere to this setting inside the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. The room was lovely, with on theme decoration of stone and wood accents, a fire place, and nature paintings / art with black bears. There were also all basic items including fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, tv and soaps / towels. Only minor defect was that paint on the bathroom door was chipped / peeling. Included breakfast was nice, with eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes and pancakes, along with cereal, bagels, coffee, orange juice and milk. All staff were very friendly and helpful when asked about their recommendations. Approximately 15 min walk to the main street, shopping and dining area of Gatlinberg. Highly recommend staying here and will consider staying here again in the future when returning to Gatlinberg!

Breakfast was not very good or worth paying for. Flapjacks across the street was way better. But the suite was clean besides some random trash left. A little far walking distance wise from the main strip but amazing next to the creek and loved hearing it at night. Would stay again easily.

We had a very nice stay , rooms could have been a bit cleaner but was okay . Carpet was out dated and not so clean . Room was nice with a nice creek beside room . Bathroom was ok , small . We were able to walk to the sites in Gatlingburg about a 10 minute walk . Overall was nice . Would stay there again .

The exterior of the hotel looks very outdated or rustic however the interior of the lobby and the room I stayed in was very clean updated/have been remodeled. The sound of the river from the bedroom was relaxing and peaceful! There were a few spider webs on the patio deck.
