The hotel itself was nice and clean, however our bathroom did not have a shower curtain. The front desk employee gave us one to put on ourselves as housekeeping was not there. We had to have the front desk associate also bring pool towels to the pool because there weren’t any to use. The bed were also very stiff and uncomfortable. The pool was nice but the hot tub was Luke warm and the water level was so low the jets were spitting water into the air. Overall we did like the cleanliness and decor of our room, but these other issues has me hesitant to give it another try in the future.

They were in the middle of a renovation, that I wasn't aware of. With that being said, they were oversold for the night I checked in and when I went into the room I was assigned there was already a guest there. After several phone calls and some maneuvering we were finally placed in a room and offered a late check-in. The room was nicely furnished and appointed. Convenient to the island and reasonably priced.

The hotel is just off the strip. There are multiple restaurants, businesses, grocery stores, and amenities that are in a walkable distance. Everything is close by, but not in your face. It’s a nice escape. This hotel is exactly what I was looking for.

You should be aware that this property is under renovation. If I would have known I would have chosen another property. I feel like I should have gotten a discount. The property is a mess. Also, when I got here the room I booked was unavailable. I booked two queen room, and they said only a king was available. Overall, I wish things were different.

Great place for the price. I would reccomend it. No complaints except the rooms are not quite expensive enough to keep out the beer drinking, sunglasses on the trucker hat turned backwards crowd.

I love the location of this property and have stayed here several times. This visit there was remodeling and construction going on all over the property but luckily we didn't hear any of the noise in our room and our room was quite comfortable. They didn't have some of the breakfast options available such as the waffle maker due to limited space in the dining area with remodeling going on and kids always look forward to the waffles so they were disappointed not to have them during our stay but there was still decent choices. The construction made it a little awkward but all in all we still enjoyed our stay and we will stay again.

Property and rooms were awesome. Only draw back was the young man who checked us in. Very unfriendly and rude. When my friend tripped at front door and almost went face down onto the floor but I stopped her fall. We saw that the rug at door was buckled up. We advised to the young man the rug needed fixed and he looked at us both like we were stupid. We finally stated that this needed reported and he finally got up and fixed the rug. Not a good person to work with the public.

Stayed here for four nights and now family and I are suffering with horrible bed bug bites, and praying we didn't bring them home with us. We had two rooms on the 3rd floor. First, the floors were not vacuumed and overall cleanliness was not the best. Then there was an ant problem in one of our rooms. The pool didn't seem very clean either and the outdoor spa wasn't working. Front desk was not friendly at all and even sighed when I asked for additional blankets.

Pool was great, the indoor hot tub was not heating properly. The outdoor hot tub was functioning however it was dirty, not maintained. The rooms were a bit dated, wallpaper coming loose behind the beds and the mattresses were no longer comfortable. The breakfast was ok, gravy was cold and watered down. The best part of the stay was the heated, indoor pool, cleanliness and location.

Family get away.
Beds are always comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool was heated. All workers were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that both hot tubs were dirty especially the outside hot tub. Had leaves and orher debris in them when me and my family went down to use. The rest of the stay went great.

The hotel was very dirty, there was ants on the room and the bathroom, I had to ask for additional sheets and re do the bed because it was dirty, even with human hair on it. The elevators, the room was extremely dirty. It’s convenient because of its location but it’s not worth it if you have to be uncomfortable on a dirty room. There are more hotels on the same area.

Upon arrival we checked into our room. As we were settling in, people walked in on us. Apparently they double booked our room, and besided that the room was not clean. Mainly the floors and restroom. There was a hair on the toilet seat, and crumbs and various debris on the sides of the beds and around the floor. All and all it was a cheep stay and wouldnt recommend for multiple nights.

This is a great bang for the buck!!!
The Clarion was in a great spot!!! Right next to Calhoun's steakhouse and across the street from the castle which had an excellent indoor miniature golf course. The heated pool and the outdoor spa at the hotel was superb!!! The cleanliness of the room though was a little dirty as dirts was in every corner that you looked not in the middle traffic just all around the corners of the floor and there are a lot of children here so if you want a peaceful night you'll have to wait till the kids go to bed lol. Service was fantastic in the breakfast buffet was above average I give it a total of four out of five stars

It is a clean hotel.
We booked this hotel to extend one more night of stay. Was looking for affodability and cleanliness and this hotel has it. Bonus was a free continental breakfast( eggs,biscuit and gravy, potatoes, waffles,yogurt and cereal. Pool is a good size,has a hot tub outside with fire pit. Close to fast food and gas station. The only thing I did not like is when I checked in, this Guy at the front desk did not say a word to greet a costumer.. I ended up saying Hi first and he was not feeling it. Where is the good costumer service? Need more traning?
