Beautiful hotel at a great rate.Posted Aug 20, 2014
Almost all of the staff were excellent, especially the front desk. Some of the ones behind the scenes weren't the friendliest (maintenance & breakfast staff). Loved the lazy river. Regular outside needs to be redone on bottom surface. It was great that inside pool & jacuzzi were open 24 hrs. Outside pool had long hours too. Grounds beautiful.

Great looking hotel, lots of character!Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: I love the style of the hotel. It reminded me of being in: Gone with the Wind. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was quiet during the night.
Cons: The carpet in the room could have been cleaner. Both of the pictures over the beds were exactly the same. Too many color patterns in the room.
Location: Nice drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Located close to nearby restaurants if you didn't want to take the drive any further. Shows not too far.
I was pleased with all of the accommodations. The architecture had a unique southern charm, which included large chandeliers, large mirrors and antique mantle in the main lobby. We enjoyed the balcony, which was a great place to settle down at the start or the end of the day. My wife and I are thinking about returning to this hotel again.

Cons: décor in rooms needs update
Location: very close to all pigeon forge attractions and variety of restaurants
was very impressed at the exterior of hotel when we drove up;;looks expensive, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was very satisfying with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits gravy, bagels, toast, hot and cold cereal.enjoyed the pool and lazy river except for the fact something was burning and it smelled of smoke outside, would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others

Good deal for the buckPosted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Quiet rooms, large rooms with microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Private balcony. Clean Very friendly staff.
Cons: Need another elevator.
Location: It is about 1 1/2 to eating places. But easy to get in and out.
The rooms are large. Private balconies. Good breakfast eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage/bacon, doughnuts, bagels, cereal, waffles, juice, milk coffee, toast. Can eat inside or outside on balcony. Love that they provide trays to carry your food. Coffee and cider available 24/7 in lobby. Inside pool open 24 hours 11pm-8am is quiet swim. You don't hear others in hallway or showers running or anything in your room.

Nice hotel close to everythingPosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: The pools
Cons: Power vent in bathroom.
Location: Close to all attractions in the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg area of TN
The room was very nice. We had 2 seniors, 1 adult, and 1 five year old child. All were comfortable, and we all enjoyed the outdoor pool, the lazy river, AND the indoor pool and spa.

Good stay...convenient to Outlets, Bass Pro, golfPosted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: convenience, large rooms
Cons: Earlier breakfast...7am start is too late.
Location: Near Bass Pro, Smokies baseball, outlets, National Park, restaurants, and I hear there's a large amusement park near.?.
Clean and convenient, in good condition considering the amount of weekly use in Pigeon Forge.
