“Good value, clean and nice.”

The entrance and lobby are very nice. The breakfast room in up a beautiful staircase and in a spacious, second-story, high-ceiling room with large windows. The pool was nice, clean but not too special. Our bathroom was on the verge of needing an update. The counter looked old and caulk was in poor shape. Otherwise, the room was large with a nice seating area. The wi-fi worked fine.

This was a great place to stay! The hotel is older, but very clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and pleasant and the breakfast bar offered a tasty variety of items. It wqs a very good value for the price and we would stay there again.

“Excellent Place to sat!”

I have been saying at the Clarion Inn Willow River for the past 10 years. I love the atmosphere, friendly service, and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. To me, knowing that when I arrive I will be taken care of makes my trip more enjoyable. This is the only place we stay when we travel to the Pigeon FOrge/Gatlingburg area.

“A++++ Definelty worth your money!!!!”

Definetly will stay again. This hotel is beautiful. THe staff was great. Convenience drink machine and snack machine on each floor. I picked this hotel because the 24 hr pool. When traveling by the time you get supper and get to back to a hotel most hotels pools are closed. This 24 hr pool is awesome. It wasnt too crowded and my two little ones loved it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that is visiting the area. This is convenient to the interstate and convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The balcony is nice over the River.

The hotel was very clean and in good condition. The room was extremely comfortable and very quiet, so sleep was not a problem. Janet, the front desk clerk was the picture of Southern hospitality when we checked in! I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a great value for the very reasonable price!
