Pros: The location was easy in and easy out.
Cons: The pillows were very uncomfortable.
Location: It was near many restaurants and Pigeon Forge.
The front desk was very nice. The room they gave us originally was on the ground floor which I was not feeling secure there. I asked for a different room on a higher level for the safety reason. We got the room with no problems, which I was very grateful. The pillows need to be updated but the beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were more than continental and my husband loved the biscuits and gravy. We will stay again.

OK hotel, but definately not greatPosted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Nice people running it. Nice foyer.
Cons: Update the decor, including the carpet in the rooms. put a vent in the bath room, modern heat in there. Kill the wallpaper, get a descent tv.
Location: not too far from sevierville, but if you have kids, stay closer to pigeon forge. if you want quick access to I 40, then you may like it.
The staff is nice. But the place is very dated and poorly decorated. It lights up nicely at night and the balcony is pleasant, but the view of a parking lot does nothing for a vacation. The comforters need updating, old style tv, cable goes out from time to time, and there isnt a vent in the bathroom, but there is a red light for heat in the bathroom. Positive thing is the nice people running it, and the room a vanity in it as well as in the bath room. i wouldnt pay more than 60 to 70 dollars a nite for a stay here. i paid more than that so i was dissappointed. paying less would probably made it better, but i doubt it. if you want modern features, stay away. modern as in the 90s and forward. this place is stuck in the 80s.

Clean hotel with great breakfast!Posted Oct 4, 2013
Pros: It was quiet with a relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: New mattresses!!!
Location: We were only about 5-8 miles from most of the attractions.
All aspects of our stay were good except for the mattress on one queen bed. Two people in one bed caused them both to sink to the middle. We particularly liked the pleasant and helpful lady attending and serving the breakfasts. The check-in area was lovely and the TV area was nice.

Both Good and BadPosted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Good: This hotel has wonderfully large rooms with balcony's. There are actually two sinks, one outside the bathroom and one in the bathroom with the shower and toilet! You can have up to 5 people in the room with no extra charge. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. There is a lovely breakfast area with a good selection of food. There is a small lazy river with the pool. You are removed from the traffic. The Bad: It is far away from the attractions at Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, even a ways from a pharmacy. Most balcony's overlook the parking lot. The bed was a little soft for me and the carpets are at the point of needing changing but overall a great place for the price and has lots of southern charm.
