The people were very nice. The rooms were very clean and the price was great. Breakfast was free and very good.

Check in was a breeze and location even better. It was really crowded towards the Pigeon and we were definitely happy not to be in that mess. Just down from the outlet stores and restaurants very nearby...we will be staying here again on our next trip to the Pigeon!

We have been to Pigeon Forge numerous times. We almost always stay at Comfort Suites and Inns. We thought this particular Comfort Inn looked very inviting. I told my husband I would like to stay there some time when we came up. We are very busy and don't get a lot of time away. I have to say I was not disappointed. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back when we get a chance.
