“friendly staff”

This was an older hotel, maintained well and clean. Cost was lower than others closer to center of town. Hotel was close to to trolley stop, so getting around town was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would consider staing at this hotel again.

“Gatlinburg”

Breakfast was not fit for humans. Renovations being done were poor.carpet was filthy. Had to wear shoes inside.

The rooms sit right above the busiest street in town. By 6:30 in the morning there is a lot of traffic that is very difficult to ignore.

“Big Disappointment”

We went to the Comfort Inn in Gatlinburg knowing that it had been recently renovated as we had stayed in this motel when it had been a private- owned motel and watched it being redone for Comfort Inn. Since we had stayed in a super Comfort Inn in nearby Pigeon Forge for years, we assumed a similar service in Gatlinburg. We were extremely disappointed. From a minute awkwardly designed bathroom to not receiving towel service or restocked room supplies, it did not come near the price that we had paid for the room. Breakfast was a total disappointment compared to other Comfort Inns. I think the motel was being run by people who either did not know how to run one or did not care. We learned a lesson during our three nights, four days there. We will never stay there again!

“If you like hot water, don't go here”

Our room smelled soured and we had to run the water for over 20 minutes to ever feel it get hot. I reported it to the office and was told that yes, I was in a room that had had problems. I have been to Gatlinburg almost every year and this was, by far, the worst place I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend it to anyone and won't go back there.
