I was very disappointed to find that this hotel charged an exorbitant fee of $75 for my pet. This is three times the norm, and I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had been told. Expedia should publish these fees to disclose the true cost of a stay. Soured my view of Expedia and Comfort Hotels. And, my”suite” had only one TV and a sofa. Not a good experience.

This was the 4th hotel we've stayed in within the last month while traveling and it was, by far, better than the others! The price was comparable to the others we stayed in but the experience was so much better. It was clean inside and outside. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

Im not one to leave reviews, however..... We visited this property Thursday-Monday on Easter weekend 2024. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were worried about getting breakfast since the hotel was sold out. The breakfast area was the biggest ive seen in my hotel stays. There were always plenty of seats/tables available and the food was kept full. This will be our go to in the future !

Clean, easy off the expressway. Great location and across from Buc-ee’s, but tucked away, so no noise. Breakfast is great and is included. Rooms a really big and no carpeting in the room. Floors are laminate, so you don’t have to wonder what’s lurking on the carpet or when it was cleaned last.

Great place!
We were just driving thru and needed a place to sleep. The front desk was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. We wish we had more time to spend there. But got up in the morning and had a great breakfast to hit the road again. Easy off and on the expressway. We will definitely be coming back, since we travel back and forth from Illinois to Florida for family visits a lot. This will be our overnight stopping grounds.

Good hotel with some small flaws
First night was great got amazing sleep. Given this was Christmas Day. Next day wasn’t as good. Lots of slamming doors and you can hear all the traffic on the interstate if you take a street view room. Could hear dogs in the hotel rooms whining and barking most of the evening. Hotel was very clean and staff was amazing. Good breakfast. Actually better than bucees

We stayed two nights, our key did not work the second day. Had to get it rekeyed, was asked for I.d., how long was I staying for, etc. although I know it was for security reasons I didn’t appreciate needing the card rekeyed in the first place.

The staff is great, and you can tell the hotel has been updated at some point. The issues are the elevator smelled like someone had smoked a carton of cigarettes in it, you could feel every single spring in the matress, and there was copious amounts of mold and rust throughout the bathroom.

Online compared to in person is not the same. Not as clean and up to date as it seemed. The shower leaked heavily which made the door warp and fall apart, making it hard to open and close.

The hotel was fabulous! No issues. Hotels.com sucks!! We will never book with you again. You confirmed a room and charged my credit card. When we arrived at 2:30 AM the hotel did not have my reservation anywhere to be found. You sold a room that was nonexistent. Our family had to sleep in our truck. Ridiculous third party reservation. Never ever again! Book direct with the hotel! Always.

We only stayed for one night but honestly we’re shocked when we saw how clean and updated our room and the whole property was. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area looking for a reasonable price.

Stopper in the sink was broken. The shower curtain was dirty and the toilet was sticking. The room felt wet until we turned on the "dry" setting on the air conditioner.
