Pros: The staff are nice.
Cons: They should update the floor/ carpet and air condition is not working well.
Location: Location is ok near in highway. Not far away in restaurant.
The first room that they gave us have smells damp wet something. We request other room and they accommodate us to transfer in 2nd room.

The overall experience at the hotel was good. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is kind of showing age and wear. The continental breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very close to the interstate but kind of far from area attractions.

Pleasently surprisedPosted Jun 27, 2014
We made very last minute reservations for 6 of us. We git a room with 2 queen beds and a put out couch. The boys said it was very uncomfortable(sorry boy). Ours queen beds were great!! We all got showers and a very good breakfast before we hit the road again. Was worth the money. Staff was friendly and it was very clean and cozy. I would recommend it to everyone. Very pleased!!!

Not much comfortable with this Comfort SuitePosted Jun 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
My family and I were headed to a funeral in North Carolina. We live in Kentucky and have small children so we wanted to stop halfway through trip and give kids a break. It was around 11pm when we stopped. The reservations had been made already but upon arriving our room was not ready. When I say not ready I mean no sheets and garbage still in trash cans. This happened for 2 straight rooms. The 3rd room seemed fine until we opened the sleeper sofa to find a large bug crawling on the bed. This led to our 4th room. By this time it was after midnight. We finally got to sleep. When I tried to talk to manager he wouldn't come out but made the lady at the desk tell me he would knock $20 off if we stayed there on the way back home. Ummm no thanks. The front desk ladies were very friendly. They deserve a raise because they tried to save a sinking ship. This place needs new management or something. It was bad business all the way around. There are too many options in the area to settle for a bad experience at a not so "comforting" rate.

Nice place to stay.Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: It was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: The bathroom lighting could be brighter.
Location: The location was out of the way. Be prepared to drive to near by points of interest.
This was a nice, clean, quiet place to stay. The rooms were comfortable.

After checking in, discovered the TV remote was not programmed for the TV and there was no external means of changing the channel. This was important to us, as we wanted to check the local weather before continuing our trip. I called the front desk, and they said someone would be up to take care of it but they never showed up. After waking up the next morning, discovered strong thunderstorms were moving in. If we had been able to see the local weather, we would have gotten up earlier to get out ahead of the weather. During checkout, I told the front desk persons everything had been fine except for being blown off about the TV remote to which one of the employees, presumably the manager on duty, stated they were too busy the previous evening to accommodate us. I replied that was not an excuse, but the manager wanted to argue it was. We had breakfast, got on the road, and drove from Kodak TN all the way to Asheville NC on I-40 through the mountains in a torrential downpour (we could have avoided by watching the local news) most times at 35 mph or less all because the hotel staff was "too busy" to deal with a simple request
