“Very impressed”

We have stayed in several hotels in this area and this is by far the best. The rooms are very clean and up to date. Extra area with couch that pulls out into bed so there is plenty of sleeping space. Would definately stay there again.

This hotel is in a convenient place and is up on a hill so you can see the snow on the mountains in front of you. Can't wait to go back.

The continental breakfast was absolutely the best buffet that I have had at a hotel.

“High quality hotel”

We were very impressed with the hotel although the hallways were stifling hot over July 4 weekend. Also, we were placed at the end of a hallway which we thought would be great and quiet, far away from the elevators where we are usually placed! However, since it was a non-smoking floor - EVERYONE used the stairwell exit door ALL NIGHT LONG to go out and smoke. We didn't know why the door was used all night until the next morning and the cloud ouf smoke outside our room almost knocked us over! Good thing they have installed extra weather stripping around all the doors, would have been an even less sleepless night. We didn't complain because there was only a young kid at the overnight desk. What could he do, he couldn't leave the desk area and monitor. But, we will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town, just know to request a room in middle maybe?

My grandson especially ejoyed the indoor pool. The staff at check-in and even the staff at the breakfast bar were very friendly and happy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I had no complaints on this hotel the atmosphere was good and the people are friendly.

The hotel was in a great location and had wonderful service! Our only complaint was that neither pool was heated, but they were still comfortable enough to get in! Definitely a great value for the price!

Loved everything about the hotel except the hallways and elevators were hot and not air conditioned. Staff was great and breakfast was the best!

“No water pressure!”

This hotel was ok. I don't think we will stay again simply because of water pressure. While that may be of no big concern to most, girls with long hair need pressure - at least enough to wash the suds out! The hotel was in a great location and the bed was super comfortable. The alarm clock was on the desk instead of the nightstand which we didn't comprehend. The bathrooms need an update (new caulking in the showers) and water pressure. That's really the main issue we had. It was clean and comfortable, just need some water pressure.
