Room was clean & the property was clean! Just a great place right in the heart of Gatlinburg! My daughter and I were in town for a volleyball tournament and we were able to walk to everything! Saved a lot of money for parking fees too! You have to pay to park everywhere in Gatlinburg!

The room was very spacious and clean. It's also in a great location making it close enough to the main attractions (walking distance) but far enough so the property is very quiet. Staff was also friendly at the desk as well.

Very clean, the staff was very nice. It’s close enough downtown so it’s very easy and convenient if you’re hanging out downtown. It’s perfect location to all the attractions.

I reserved the room a night before and at check in the room i was supposed to have had plumbing issue so they upgraded me they said to a suite on 4th floor but the elevator doesn't work and the free breakfast advertised is not available due to renovations going on. The suite has dirty floors the door frame looks like it's been kicked in. The bathroom sink missing a door and looks like crap. I honestly didn't even want to stay but when i booked it said nonrefundable so we stayed. Also the main pool still covered and kiddy pool looked llike Florida swamp water. I'm very unpleased

Once the renovation is completed and the elevator is operational, it will be a really nice place to stay, maybe work on the parking a little to make it more accessible and easier.

The room itself was clean and no issues. The exterior is very dated and trash not put up properly so bears were getting into it nightly. Exterior could use a makeover but would definitely stay here again. Great location that is walking distance into Gatlinburg but at the outskirts so it’s not loud.

It was a lovely stay. When we got in the hotel it was clean, warm and comfortable. With little interaction with the hotel front desk staff, they were just uninviting. Only complaint was the jacuzzi was broken, and that was the only reason why i picked that room.

The room itself was Okay, but the rest of the place was a disaster. Trash everywhere, vending and ice machine didn’t work. Had to call for housekeeping after 2 days of not seeing anyone.

The floors were so dirty, looked like hadn’t been cleaned from several stays. Sinks and countertops need cleaned as well. Need to upgrade from the thin hard beds. Would not stay again!

We weren't warned of renovations during our stay that caused no continental breakfast and non working elevators and we stayed on the 4th floor. Rooms were pretty clean not perfect by any means though. Turned on fireplace on for us ahead of time. Overall was a pretty okay stay. The Jacuzzi tub in the room and the area saved the experience.

I loved the location and price of this hotel. The only thing I didn't like is one of the rooms I booked had a fireplace an Jacuzzi tub that didn't work and that is why I picked those rooms. Overall it was a pleasant experience

We made reservations in December 2023, on January 2, 2024, the hotel announced they would be renovating the breakfast room. We made these reservations because of the amenities and reviews, especially the breakfast. When we check in we find out that the hotel is under renovations, the elevators are broke down. Our room was on the fourth floor. In fairness they did offer us other accommodations but they were not what we wanted. The management did comp us for the loss of breakfasts. The front office staff was very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We will most likely come again but will definitely check on renovations before we book.

Definitely could use a few upgrades. Broken elevator sucked especially being on the 4th floor. Also, no breakfast. Having two bathrooms was nice in the king size room, toilets were the old 1950 small ones, the cover to the jacuzzi in the room kept falling off. However, the location was nice and everything was definitely within walking distance. Room was decently sized

Excellent for the price
Overall a good experience. Our room had a fireplace and tub. The fireplace wouldn't turn off so we had to call maintenance. We also found 2 pills on the ground. Despite this we still enjoyed our stay. The place is currently being renovated so there was no elevators and no breakfast. We came in the off season so there was no one else around us. However, you could hear every little noise. Probably wouldn't be a lot of privacy if they were packed.

Sham. Room almost 90 degrees. Phone not working. Employee reached into gas fireplace to turn it off. Sink boards missing around it. Second room phone not working, fireplace not functioning, Third room bugs 🐜 crawling on walls. Asked for money back and went to a different location
