“Good value”

For the money it was a great deal. Right on the street and close to everything, The lady that checked us in made us feel right at home and was great. A real neat experience with a great way to people watch.

“GATLINBURG STAY”

it was pretty good but hot water in bathroom was very poor and chairs on balcony were very uncomfortable. Had to wait for clean towels for a couple of hours

This motel isnt too bad it could use some updating, but the staff was very helpful. The breakfast isnt good. The high speed wifi didnt work.most of the time.

Overall hotel was not as clean as I would have liked and rooms appeared bigger on line than actually was. Stay was satisfactory but would not book there in the future.

“Not Worth It”

The convenience of the hotel was great, but the price that was paid was not worth it. Especially when you wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning and find BED BUGS all over the bed.

“Disappointed - Price Good, Service OK, but Maintenance Condition Horrible !”

I must admit, I booked this hotel to save $$...and I did, but I wouldn't do it again. My wife and I were at the end of a nice vacation in South Carolina and decided to spend the weekend in Gatlinburg on the way home to Ohio. Since we always spend more than expected on vacation and were heading home, I was looking for bargain hotel. The Days Inn price was great compared to other possible accomodations and the room size and features were what I expected for the price, but the condition of the facility rates from bad to horrible. There are lights out throughout the facility, floors are dirty, carpets stained, doors are difficult to open/close, locks don't work, the bathroom has apparently been recently remodeled, but the toilet is now so close to the vanity/sink that you can't sit down without touching it...and we're fairly small people...it was very annoying. The service at the front desk was OK , the bathroom was clean, towels/sheets clean, but I would not stay there again and would advise anyone else to avoid it as well. I remember thinking as we were walking back to the hotel one evening that I would be embarrassed to bring anyone back to the hotel or to our room. I was very glad we were travelling alone. You shouldn't be embarrassed to have someone know what hotel you're staying in !

“Not Impressed”

The Hotel that was described and shown on the internet- was NOT the hotel we got! It was run down and not what we expected. The outdoor pool had been closed by the health dept according to hotel employees.
