The room was dirty! Hair all over the “clean” towels and all over the floors. Leftover trash from previous guest. Dusty areas. Receptionist could be nicer and not act bothered by doing her job!

Bathroom was a bit small and the closet was just hanger rack. Other than that wonderful place. Great staff, great view, loved the balcony overlooking the river!! Great breakfast too. Full breakfast.

Down far enough from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, but not too far to easily walk. The location made it easy to travel between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Thefloors in the living area were busted and needed replaced. Also, the sink was cracked or busted and water backed up when using. View was very nice.

The baseboards in the bathroom could use a wipe down amd i didn't have a hair dryer. The elevator was out (which made us pass on breakfast) but the ramp wasn't bad. The front lady was super nice. Wish there was more then one area to smoke. My husband didnt like haveing to ho all the way tocthe fire pit. We were on tne top floor half way down.

Really liked the room next to the river. Patio overlooking the river and mountains was very nice. The young man that checked us in was very respectful and thoughtful. He upgraded us to a first floor room at no extra charge after we told him of the pain in our backs and knees. 3-1/2 stars on the breakfast, could have had more options. Price good for Friday night, but we moved to another hotel because of the Saturday night high prices.

This is located in a great spot and lots of things within walking distance. The breakfast was very fresh and good. The shower had great pressure and the rooms was very spacious. I was traveling with another family and the hotel gave us joining rooms, without us requesting them. The view of the river was so nice a relaxing. Definitely would recommend staying here

Pros: Easy parking, clean, trolley stop close by, heater in the bathroom, great breakfast. Cons: Elevator and ALL vending machines were out of order, housekeeping came and left towels, but didnt make the beds.

This place was great! For the money you will not beat this! Room was clean staff was very friendly! We fell asleep every night with the door cracked listening to the river rolling such a soothing sound!

The room had unfinished concrete ceiling (white paint isn’t finished) that made the room feel cold and damp uninviting. The shower was missing part of the assembly that would shut off one of the shower heads so you could have pressure to shower. The door to the balcony was missing the weather strip so light and noise was coming in. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the room was so clammy feeling with not extra blankets.

This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, definitely not worth the price. Very inconvenient for a honeymoon trip. The elevator did not work, basically nothing worked. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything next door. No sleep! Save your money go somewhere else! Best thing about being here was the river view.

We only stayed one night passing through. The check in and check out was easy and fast both ladies were very nice and explained everything great. The room was good and beds were clean the room floor boards and cracks could use a good deep clean but other than the everything else was spotless. The balcony was great. The elevator was broke but they informed us at check in and asked if it was an issue. The hot tub was open and clean as well. Great room great rate

I saw some reviews of people complaining but everything was perfectly fine. We stayed on the first floor and the rooms were clean and up to date. If you're there for a night or 2 it's worth it. Breakfast was ok but we got there towards the end. We walked outside and hanged out by the fire pit at midnight and seemed safe. We didn't walk to the shopping area bc we drove but everything is close by, there's even a rollercoaster right in front of the hotel. I saw there was construction in front but I didn't hear anything and we stayed on a Monday.Will definitely stay there again

Love the setting next to the river, and walking distance to many restaurants… room was clean and comfortable too. Elevators temporarily down for maintenance, but the stairs were a better option anyway considering we spent all day driving.

I was great to hear the river right below our bedroom window. We could open the door, walk onto the balcony, and look down on the river below.

I like that the property is close to the Smokey mountains so I can hike during the day; as well as a walking distance to restaurants,etc. The hotel itself has a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere which I liked, I very easily fell asleep to the sounds of the river, beautiful.

We stayed for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The balcony overlooking the river was great and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go so that was great!
