“Will use this hotel again.”
This is not a new hotel. However, we were completely satisfied with the accomodations. The hotel is on the river which is beautiful, however, the view beyond the river is the highway with some not very attractive old buildings. Since the hotel is on the upper end of Gatlinburg, it is very easy to scoot right up to Pigeon Forge for less crowded restaurants with plenty of parking. Pigeon Forge also has the very nice Tanger Outlets. I would not recommend any of the other rather rundown outlets. We actually picked this hotel for it's close proximety to the great Smokey Mountains National Park. We explored the Park everyday of our stay, visiting Cades Cove, Roaring Fork Road, Elkmont and took a trip thru beautiful Wears Valley.
