Nice stay on the creek

Pros: Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the creek. We spent hours at night sitting out there.
Cons: Bathroom was really small.
Location: Location was good. Sometimes hard to get out on main road. We walked across the road and played Hillbilly Golf.
Enjoyed the hotel . Was close to everything. Hotel was priced reasonably. Clean rooms...

Pros: THE PRICE AND LOCATION
Cons: NEW CARPET AND BED'S AND FURNITURE
Location: GOOD LOCATION WALKING DISTANCE TO A LOT OF GATLINBURG ENTERTAINMENT
OK COFFE MAKER IN ROOM BUT NO COFFE FOR IT THOUGH. WAS TOLD AT CHECK IN THAT THEIR WAS ONLY PARKING FOR ONE CAR SAID THEY WAS FULL WHICH WAS INCORRECT ONLY 8 CARS WHERE IN THE PARKING LOT. THEY MAY OF HAD A BUS COME IN BUT NEVER SAW SAW A LOT OF PEOPLE

Pros: Overlooks the river
Hotel staff was unfriendly and didn't care. Non-smoking hotel yet desk clerk showed up at our door with towels and a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. Classy. Booked room online and had confirmation number yet told by staff that they didn't have the size bed we had already paid for. Room overlooked the river which was the only redeeming quality. Room was poor shape. Overall, I'm glad we only stayed one night. Cheap, and you get what you pay for.

Pros: Clean, quiet, affordable
Perfect setting for a peaceful visit to the Smokey's. We have been in the area before, but did not stay downtown. Will definitely return.

Pros: Nice rooms
Location: Not to far from dollywood

Pros: Close to the entrance of the great smokey mountains
Cons: Hotel staff needs more training. Purchase new TV'S and remotes, shampoo carpet, fix the vending machines, purchase new bathtubs, it was yellow
Location: great location if you are going to the smokey mountains. Great price for someone who will spend vary little time in the room
The shower head looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. I scraped soap scum off the shower wall. Carpet needed shampooing. Remote was broken, took it to the desk clerk, who came back with a basket of other broken remotes and asked me to choose one!

Cons: Since it's older, the carpets didn't look clean (even though they might have been).
Location: Walking distance to Gatlinburg. Right at a trolley stop.
The hotel is older, but the location is great, washer & dryer was a plus. Staff nice, covered parking area. Would stay there again.

Pros: Balconies over the river.
Cons: bathroom being at the front of the room, no problem but felt strange bathroom being right at the main door.
Very clean, quite, affordable, excellent location! Superior staff!

Cons: Small tv and no remote
Location: Wonderful
The room was very comfortable loved it on the river. Staff was vert friendly and right there if you needed them. Remote for the tv would have been great and a bigger tv to. Price was great. Would recommend it to my friends Thanks

Pros: All of the staff with the exception of an older woman who was there in the mornings were extremely polite and eager to fix all the problems. Location.
Cons: Dirty linens and poor quality of the room.
Location: Gatlinburg - days Inn on the river
One of the beds had dirty linens. They asked if we wanted to change rooms, but, we chose to stay and just change the linens. Then, the shower did not work properly. Only had hot water. Moved us to a new room and the telephone and remote control had to be replaced. The hotel staff was very nice and tried to correct each issue as it arose. We were really surprised at the poor condition. We stayed there last year and it was a very pleasant stay.
