The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The curtains were hanging half off with no hooks and it was a street level room, so you could see right in. The heat/ac unit was partially off the wall.

Everything was good except. They charged me an extra $20 per night for having a pet, but I had already paid for a room with pet. It did not make since, but I needed a place to stay.

Great check in, easy and fast. Booked a room and asked for a ground floor. Was told that I didn't reserve a room for the ground floor and not available for the kind of room booked. Was extra money. Otherwise good place to stay and decent breakfast.

The Expedia directions took me to the median of a 4 lane highway??? Very inconvenient and a bit dangerous. The hotel is Like New!! A great place for the price, but the curtains let in lots of light and it was so noisy. Not a great night's sleep. Too bad since everything else was so nice.

This is exactly what you would expect for a motel right off the highway. Pros: no renters allowed! This was awesome! I appreciate that this motel keeps its rooms for travelers only. Very easy to get to Buccees. Cons: could be cleaner.

Buyer be warned...the pet policies will change at the drop of a hat and the manager is very unpleasant. I had called the hotel directly to confirm a policy for dogs over 20 lbs. EXPEDIA should make extra charges clear when you use them! But they dont, so we know we have to call the property. I was specifically told by someone ay Days Inn whose name I regretfully did not record, that a dog over $20 lbs was fine for a $40 updharge not mentioned by Expedia. Then later I was told we would only be charged $20. But when we got there, the owner was adament that no dogs over 20 lbs were allowed! I was subjected to a 10 minute rant about his problems with his job, all the while wondering what we were going to do, when he did finally allow us to stay with the dog at the extra charge. I warn others travelling with dogs over 20 lbs to avoid this hotel unless you get something in writing beforehand about what you will pay and what pets are allowed. It was a distressing experience. Expedia should also do this reaearch and make the policies clear. I will not use Expedia again

Get what you pay for. Room had thick dust on lamps, ceiling, even the luggage racks. Floors probably hasn’t seen a mop in quite a while could see spill marks and places were sticky. Curtain had big stains that looked like old food. Sheets were clean.

I got what you pay for. The refrigerator didn’t work and not all the channels worked. But it was clean the water in the shower was hot!! The air conditioner worked ok. But the noise from the street is not for a light sleeper.

It’s not a good place to stay.
The place was terrible, over all it was not good at all. We woke up with Cockroaches in the floor. We arrived in the midnight and no option to leave, so we decided to stay because we’re all killed from a long drive. Soon we entered the room it’s okay but not decent, smell bad so we spray Lysol all over before laying down. No toiletries at all, for the money we paid off it’s not worth it. We supposed to stay for 2nights but because of the room condition and you can’t hardly sleep at night because of the banging noise, we was nice to tell the front desk that we check out and they told us that to call hotels.com to have the other night to be refunded but they lied because when the rep. of hotels.com called them they declined it.
