Extremely pleasant stay and facility for the price

Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: Mostly the view and the facility itself.
Cons: The only thing that would be nice is a restaurant on the premises, or at least a small store with convenience store items.
Location: The location is excellent, and there are all the attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge between 11 and 19 miles away.
This resort has a breathtaking view of the Smoky Mountains. The facility is well equipped and pleasant. The staff was very friendly. It has a good TV with a considerable number of channels including Christian Channels, it has a good quality Wi-Fi available, nice clean comfortable beds, bathroom with heat. It has a heated pool and whirlpool.

Beautiful location

Posted Nov 28, 2014
Pros: The value, rooms cleanliness, welcoming at home feel of the space
Location: A great location that is not in downtown but within comfortable driving distance to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Knoxville.
We wanted a place close to the excitement, but a little out of the way. This hotel was the PERFECT place to stay. We walked through the door and were instantly impressed with how clean, comfortable, and welcoming the room was. The value was incredible. Would definitely stay again and are making plans to return.

Beautiful view, Beautiful room

Posted Nov 24, 2014
The view was beauiful as promised. Sunset from the pool area is amazing. After the hustle bustle of Gatlinburg, the quiet is relaxing. Our condo was emaculantly clean and very comfortable. We purchased some prepared foods at the grocery on HWY 321, after hiking all day, then went to our room and prepared a meal and completely enjoyed spending the evening there. Kitchen stocked with nice appliances and dishware. Hot tub and pool warm, clean and comfortable. The drive up the mountain is the only thing to be considered. I don't believe it is for the faint of heart in driving if not used to mountain driving. It is wonderful when getting there, but be forwarned, the road is steep and the curves are sharp. As I had read, best to arrive in the daylight the first time to learn how to navigate the road. Fabulous, quiet, mountain retreat.

Beautiful views from a home away from home.

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Nice and quiet place to stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. It also had a fireplace and full kitchen. Tastefully decorated with two bedrooms. A little outside downtown Gatlinburg but easy drive in. The road approaching is a steep mountain road so try to arrive before dark on your first trip up.

Great hotel, great view. Away from all the noise and crowd of people. It's about a 15 minute drive from Gatlinburg attractions. Will stay hear again.

Away from the busyness

Posted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: The room had everything I needed (stove, plates, fridge, etc.)
A great place with a wonderful view. Simplistic. Quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Stayed in late fall which proved to be a perfect time with the change of the season, leaves, etc.

Much better than it looks online

We weren't sure about booking because the pictures make it look out dated but it wasn't at all. It has the best of view of anywhere I have stayed in the mountains. It is wonderful!

Peaceful and quiet

Posted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: Away from the noise and prop l e.
Cons: King beds
Location: 15-20 minute drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.
We stayed in C202 - very nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable, just wish it had been a king rather than a queen. Upstairs guests had children who ran CONSTANTLY - sounded like a bowling alley. Not happy about that. Drive up the mountain was windy but not as steep as others have stated. Staff was great.
