“Needs some work”
This hotel is in a great location and has a awesome slide if you have kids but this is really all it has going for it. The water backs up into the tub. We had no wash clothes. Their were food boxes left in the room from the last guest. The pillows were extremely flat and the mattresses are probably 15 years old. For the price it is worth it to pay about $10 more and have a cleaner, more comfortable room.
“Nice place”
Good location.. Except your beside one of the gocart tracks so it's hard for kids to go to sleep at night. Not a good breakfast but it's a cheap clean hotel!
“Bad Choice”
We booked this hotel for a 3 night family stay. Upon arriving, the room did not have the fridge or a TV as noted in the decsription. With a 7 month old child, we HAD to have the fridge to keep breast milk cold. We went to talk to the lobby and we were told that because the hotel was booked, there were no additional rooms. This being 4th of july weekend every hotel was full. They changed our rooms and we got one with 1 bed (for a family of 4). The bed was VERY uncomfortable. It had dirty sheets so we had to call to have them changed. The TV in the room was a 13 inch tv. My daughter did love the pool with the water slide.
“Great price adn wonderful location!”
Great location, right next to everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and very helpful. The continental breakfast wasn't much but it was good enough. We didnt get to use the pool but it looked clean and well kept with a slide in the deeper pool and cute kiddie pool.
“Was money well spent”
I would suggest new pillow or at least adding 4 to each bed and freshening up the breakfast cereal along with stronger coffee other than that the hotel was clean, the pool fun and very resonable for what time we spent at the hotel. People need to understand once you get into town your rarely in the hotel with all of the sights to see so if the room is clean especially the bedding then just enjoy haveing a great place to rest at the end of the day.
“Would stay again”
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and convenient to what we enjoy doing while visiting. We would stay again.
“Econo-Lodge - Pigeon Forge Review”
The hotel was clean & comfortable.
“Good Value”
The four of us were looking for a clean, comfortable place to bunk on the night before a hike in the mountains and the Econolodge certainly fit the bill. While the building and furnishings are a bit dated, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was reasonable and the staff was very courteous. Although the location was on the main drag in Pigeon Forge, noise was not factor. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to others.
“Close to everything”
Rooms are very, very small!!! The rooms were clean, the Hotel was easy to get in and out of traffic. I would have liked a little larger room, but it was ok for just sleeping after a day long trip to Dollywood!
“Poorly Maintained,uncomfortable conditions.”
Room was either to hot or cold, bath freezing no heater, hot water very hot, shower hard to adjust, gaps around window letting in cold air(winter).Had to ask for maid services.Only good thing was the ducks in creek behind motel.
