“Great for the Money”

We were very pleased with the Edgewater. The only thing I would suggest is that there be closer monitoring of the pool area. We noticed several teenagers and children ignoring the "no Diving" or "No Climbing on Rocks" signs while their parents watched.

“Great Location 2008”

This hotel is walking distance from anything that you would like to do in Gatlinburg. This spring they are doing renivations and we were able to stay in a newly renevated room. We had a wonderful stay and we will go back to this hotel in the future.

“Something for everyone!”

Great stay! Looks like it was just remodeled Spring 2008 so we were fortunate to have a clean fresh looking room. When we first walked in I noticed the big beds with white fluffy linens, mini fridge and microwave convenient, and the kids loved the pool. My husband enjoyed fishing right outside the hotel. Great location, short walk to many attractions.

“Great, comfortable room!”

We stayed three nights and had the best rest there. The new beds and large rooms were excellent for a family of four! We loved the balcony and front desk help for where and what to do. The location was fabulous. Easy to go out via car or walk to nearby places. Would definitely stay here again!!

“Extremely Delighted”

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at this property and this time was better than anytime before! We always love the view of town and the ammenities this place has, the convienence of walking to town and just the whole overall stay is always beautiful. The upgrades to the property was very needed but very nice now. This will be the place we stay at when we go back to Gatlinburg, I rate it 100% and then some!

“Great place to stay!”

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater. The room was clean everyday, the pool was perfect for our kids, and it was located in a great place so we could walk to just about everything(food, entertainment, shopping). The hotel was quiet, the breakfast was good, but could use more variety. The parking spaces are tight if you have a larger vehicle, but overall this was a great place to stay!

“Great Stay!”

Good hotel for the price. The room was clean. It is an older hotel, but well maintained. Great location, everything was within walking distance; and it was very quiet. The room service was great. There is a pond in front of the hotel ;it is very pretty, but if you go take the stairs to get to the edge of the pond; beware there are a lot of snakes down there.

“Great Place! Definitely Recommended!”

Hotel was great! Was newly renovated and very clean. It also had a very nice pool with two hot tubs (which were great after a day of hiking)! The hotel was also directly in the middle of the town and was very close to everything! Continental breakfast was great as well! It wasn't your usual cereal and toast, it was an actual buffet of hot breakfast items. We will definitely be back!
