Fairfield Inn ReviewPosted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
i booked at this hotel hoping it was nicer than the others in the area and actually would have stayed at something like a regular Mariott or Hilton if there had been one in the area, but there is not. The cleaning staff was amazing. But the front desk staff was unwilling to stop the guests above us from running up and down the halls, slamming on the floors and yelling at 12:30am. This hotel was convenient, but I would find somewhere else, probably a cabin if I return to the area. Also, they had the world's worst coffee!!!!!!!

Close to Cade's CovePosted Jul 10, 2013
Pros: Very clean. The staff were very kind.
Cons: The breakfast accommodations were too small
Location: Loved the location. Away from the hub bub but yet close enough to walk into Gatlinburg. Also had the use of a trolley shuttle.
We were coming from Kansas and wanted to go through the Smoky Mountains. Then we heard what a beautiful drive Cade's Cove was. So I searched hotels in Gatlinburg. I liked what I saw on the internet. We got to the Fairfield and instantly loved the location. It was close enough to walk but still out of the hub bub of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The staff was so nice and answered all of our tourist questions. We found our room very inviting - bright and smelling clean. If I had a complaint it would be the small compact breakfast nook. Breakfast was great but not enough sitting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all. A very pleasant stay.

What's that smell?Posted Jun 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was average, but the room had that old feet smell. We used our own Febreeze. We couldn't open the window because the screen was missing. The linens were clean and the location was convenient.

Very centrally located!Posted Jun 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the free breakfast was very nice. Our grandchildren loved the outdoor pool. Everyone at the front desk was very accommodating and the location was perfect, right between Gatlinberg and Pigeon Forge. Definitely would recommend and stay there again.

Friendliest Staff Ever!!!!Posted Jun 14, 2013
Pros: I loved the personal service, the warm breakfast and the staff's patience with tourist!
Cons: Nothing! This hotel was perfect.
Location: There is Putt Putt Golf right next door, a convenience store and a Gatlinburg Trolley Stop that will take you downtown for super cheap!!!
When we arrived we were weary and stressed after the long drive with small kids. The lady working the front desk greeted us with the biggest and warmest smile. It was like she was welcoming family. She offered us fresh baked cookies and answered all of our tourist like questions. The rooms were spotless and perfect. There was an awesome waterslide in which my children loved!!
